The filling rate of6-year-o Id children were7.75%.There was a significant difference by statistical analysis bet ween city area and rural area (x2=8.847P=0.002).There was a significant differenc e by statistical analysis between man and woman(Χ2=1.603P=0.141).The deciduou s dental caries rate were62.92%and mean dmft2.34in9-year-old children. There was no significant difference by statistical analysis between city area and rural are a(Χ2=0.393P=0.301).There was no significant difference by statistical analysis betwe en man and woman(Χ2=0.306P=0.327). The filling rate of9-year-old children wer e2.87%.There was a significant difference by statistical analysis between city area and rural area(Χ2=10.693P=0.001).There was no significant difference by statistical analysis between man and woman(Χ2=0.314P=0.405).Permanent teeth caries prevale nce in9-year-old children were18.28and mean DMFT0.36.There was no signific ant difference by statistical analysis between city area and rural area(Χ2=0.281P=0.345).There was no significant difference by statistical analysis between man and w oman (Χ2=0.058P=0.458).The filling rate of permanent teeth in9-year-old children were1.31.There was no significant difference by statistical analysis between city a rea and rural area(Χ2-1.655P=0.204).There was no significant difference by statisti cal analysis between man and woman (x2=2.562P=0.162).Permanent teeth caries p revalence in12-year-old children were30.15and mean DMFT0.56.There was a si gnificant difference by statistical analysis between city area and rural area(Χ2=4.985P=0.017).There was a significant difference by statistical analysis between man an d woman (x2=4.973P=0.017).The filling rate of permanent teeth in12-year-old chil dren were4.27.There was a significant difference by statistical analysis between cit y area and rural area(x2=4.172P=0.03).There was no significant difference by stat istical analysis between man and woman (Χ2=3.313P=0.057).12-year-old group of children conducted a questionnaire survey,290valid questionnaires. The analysissho wed:Children also eat before going to bed after brushing dessert or drink sweet d rinks are more susceptible to caries (x2=7.252P=0.005). Brush teeth every day mor e than twice the number of children is not susceptible to caries (x2=6.572P=0.007). Investigation eating frequency had no significant impact (P>0.05) on the12-year-o Id child suffering from caries. Impact of oral health in the attitude of dental caries, agreed that "the prevention of dental problems on their own first" caries incidence is low (Χ2=8.851P=0.003).Multivariate statistics showed that brushing frequency, t he situation of children eating before bedtime factors associated with the incidence of dental caries, the two factors are the risk factors for dental caries(P<0.05),(OR>1).Conclusion:primary and permanent teeth of children aged6,9,12higher risk of dental caries. Low filling rate in Urumqi.12-year-old children understand oral knowl edge is acceptable but oral health self-care behaviors should be improved. We shou Id increase children’s oral health education, prevention of childhood caries.
