Clinical Research On The Shen Qi Yu H E Decoction To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency With Phlegm And Dampness Of Diabetes Mellitus And Hyperlipidemia

Purpose:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about diabetes and hyperlipidemia,using modern medicine with Shen Qi Yu He decoction to interfere in the syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness. To observe the therapeutic efficiency of this decoction in treating the syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness.Methods:A randomized, controlled trial was conducted,60patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency with phlegm and dampness were randomly classified into two groups.On the basic of normal treatment and modern medicine, the patients of treated group (n=30) were treatedby Chinese medicine while the patients of controlled group (n=30) were notThree months was a course of treatment.The observed indexes included both curative effect indexes, such as clinic symptoms, FBG, PBG, HbA1c, weight, BMI, FINS, HOMA-IR, blood fat, hepatic ultrasound, and safety indexes, such as routine urine, blood and stool test, the function of live and kidney and harmful reaction.The complete data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS15statistics software.Results:Prior treatment, the gender, age, course of disease of the two groups patients had no differences.①The total effective rate of treated roup patients was93.30%; while the controlled group was60.00%.The treated group had an advantage than the controlled group (P<0.05).And treated group had an advantage than the controlled group on the the score of TCM symptom (P<0.05).②The weight and BMI, on the weight loss, the treated group had an advantage than the controlled group (P<0.01), and on the BMI decrease, the treated group had an significantly advantage than the controlled group (P<0.05).③The postprandial blood glucose and HbAlc of two groups lowered (P<0.01).And the treated group had an advantage than the controlled group (P<0.05).④The the FINS and HOMA-IR of two groups lowered.In treatment group, the FINS is lowered than the control group (P<0.05), while on the aspect of HOMA-IR, compared with the control group, the treatment with Chinese medicine were significantly declined (P<0.01).⑤Compared with pre-treatment, in the treated group patients’TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c had a lowering (P<0.05).⑥Safety indicators:Liver and kidney function tests were within normal range. Both groups were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results of the studyindicated Chinese medicine of Shen Qi Yu He Decoction combined with western medicine can’t only improve the clinical manifestation,but also improve some indexes of the patients’ blood glucose,blood fat, BG, PBG, HbA1c, weight, BMI, FINS, HOMA-IR, blood fat, hepatic ultrasound and so on.It has adefinitelycurative effectiveness in treating diabetes and hyperlipidemia.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
