Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Dampness Syndrome Obesity With Minimally Invasive Buried Wire Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To study the clinical observation of acupuncture catgut embedding combined with internal Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness,compared with traditional catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine,to provide a more convenient operation,more lasting effect and more satisfactory effect for the treatment of obesity.Methods: According to the principle of random and control,70 obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with one-time catgut embedding needle containing PPDO thread body for acupuncture combined with oral Shenling baizhu Powder,and the control group was treated with traditional catgut embedding combined with oral Shenling baizhu Powder for 3 months.Through clinical observation before and after treatment Body Mass Index value,body weight,waist circumference,obesity degree,traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,to observe the clinical efficacy,and by observing whether the skin after treatment has redness,sclerosis and other evaluation of rejection and treatment safety,the data will be collected using SPSS23.0software for statistical analysis.Results:This study actually included 64 patients,after three courses of experimental observation,the treatment group,control group before and after treatment of weight,Body Mass Index value,waist circumference,obesity,TCM symptoms were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment group weight,Body Mass Index value,obesity,waist circumference,TCM circumference,TCM symptoms score decreased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After three courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group reached 90.63%,and the effective rate of the control group was81.25%.After 6 months of treatment,the patients who were effective in the treatment were returned to understand the recurrence.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.90%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 26.92%.To evaluate the rejection in patients with rejection at treatment sites after treatment,the rejection of treatment group was 3.13%,and that of control group was 21.88%.Conclusion: The curative effect of acupuncture catgut embedding combined with Shenling baizhu Powder on spleen deficiency and dampness winning obesity is better than that of traditional catgut embedding combined with Shenling baizhu Powder.Acupuncture and catgut embedding combined with Shenling baizhu Powder in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness winning obesity,the curative effect is accurate,the recurrence rate and rejection reaction are lower,the operation is convenient,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
