Objective:In this study, through the analysis by detecting the Senile Hypertensionpatients with lipoprotein associated phosphorlipaseA2(LP-PLA2) of the concentrationin serum, and the pulse pressure and intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid, toinvestigate the clinical significance of the relevance of loss of normal elasticity, structural change in aorta on blood pressure in Senile Hypertension, analysis itscorrelation of senile hypertensionMethod:Method:Select182cases,51as normal control, rest of the cases are differentlevels of blood pressure in senile hypertension. Ambulatory blood pressuremonitoring on24hours, and according to the dynamic blood pressure divided intohypertension group and hypertension subgroup, the latter group also divided into fourgroups, group1of pulse pressure≤40mmHg, group2pulse pressure was41-60mmHg, group3pulse pressure is61~80mmHg, group4pulse pressure was≥81mmHg;6ml elbow vein blood, adding EDTA anticoagulant, all samples werecollected within30minutes to separate the plasma3000r/min centrifugal15min toextract plasma placed in the upper EP tube specimens and stored at-80℃environment, then testing the concentration of LP-PLA2and lipid levels throughELISA method and analysis of the results. Carotid ultrasound examination usingPHILIP HP-5500color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument, the probe centerfrequency is7.0~10.0MHz. Measured the results and then comparison between thethickness of the carotid artery. The data were analyzed with SPSS18.0statisticalsoftware. P <0.05to be considered as statistical significance.Result:1. Compared the LP-PLA2、Pulse、IMT between the hypertension group andnormal control group, the correction was statistically significant (P <0.05).2. The Pulse、LP-PLA2、IMT between the hypertension group1,compared with the control,The results, respectively, suggested no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Hypertension2,3and4groups, LP-PLA2and IMT were significantlyincreased with the increase of pulse pressure difference, as significant difference (P <0.05).4. The result of pulse pressure and the thickness of the carotid artery relatedanalysis is0.502, the relationship is positive correlation.5. The result of LP-PLA2and the thickness of the carotid artery relatedanalysis is0.528, the relationship is also positive correlation.6. The result of LP-PLA2and the pulse pressure related analysis is0.797;it is also a positive correlation.Conclusion:1.IMT thickness in hypertensive patients higher than normal, and with the increase of pulse pressure,it will became thickening, pulse pressure was positively correlated with atherosclerosis could be considered a rational basis for large disease senile hypertensive patients.2The LP-PLA2levels on plasma of Hypertensive patients higher than normal, and increased with increasing pulse pressure and considering its formation maybe one of the factors in elderly hypertensive arteriosclerosis.
