ObjectiveIn this study, enterprise workers in Xinxiang High-tech Zone as the researchobject, analysis of different demographic effects on occupation tension, summarizesthe characteristics of enterprise workers, analysis of coping style and social supportand the relationship between occupation stress by using correlation analysis andregression, with the results of the analysis to discuss effective intervention toimprove the enterprise workers occupation tension, and expected to other provincesand cities of enterprises to improve their workers’ occupation tension for reference.Methods684workers by cluster sampling in Xinxiang High-tech Zone two small andmedium enterprises, the basic table, occupation stress inventory (OSI-R),socialsupport rating scale (SSRS) and Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ)were unifiedsurvey. The SPSS21.0for statistical analysis, two samples were compared with t test,multi group were compared with single factor analysis of variance. The relationshipbetween factors and psychological health effects using correlation and multiplestepwise regression analysis, the test level of α=0.05ResultsOccupation tension enterprise workers had significant differences in differentsex, culture degree, seniority, professional title, income, marital status, as theadministrative duties, working class (P<0.05);There was statistical significance of enterprise employees coping styledifferences in the cultural level, age, marital status, working class (P<0.05);in gender,professional title, income, as the administrative duties. The difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05);Enterprise staff’s social support had significant differences in different sex,culture degree, seniority, professional title, income, marital status, as theadministrative duties, working class (P<0.05); Occupational tasks of enterprise workers and coping correlated in occupationaltasks is not significant, stress response and actively respond negatively correlatedwith negative coping positively correlated, coping resources and actively respondpositively correlated with negative coping negatively correlated. Positive andnegative response to the response to stress reactions and coping resources haspredicted effect.Not related to occupation task and social support of enterprise employees, stressreaction was negatively associated with social support, coping resources and socialsupport had significant positive correlation. Objective support for occupational tasks,stress reactions and coping resources has predicted effect.ConclusionThere is a certain degree of occupational stress condition enterprises surveyedworkers.The workers’ occupational stress survey companies are different, accordingto the different characteristics of the enterprise workers to alleviate the tensesituation of occupation. Coping style and social support and occupation tensionrelated.
