Clinical Observation Of Shuanghe Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:Based on the guidance of the theory of "chronic diseases entering the collaterals",the clinical efficacy of shuanghe decoction in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis biobstructive knee osteoarthritis was observed,providing clinical data and theoretical support for shuanghe decoction in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis bi-obstructive knee osteoarthritis.Method:A retrospective study was conducted to collect the complete records of the orthopaedic knees treated with Shuanghe Decoction combined with celecoxib,simple celecoxib treatment,and simple Shuanghe Decoction in the orthopedic outpatient system of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients with osteoarthritis were represented by groups A,B,and C,respectively.121 patients were collected,and 49 patients were excluded according to the standard of the row.The patients who participated in the analysis were 72 patients,23 patients in group A,and 27 patients in group B.Group C Twenty-four patients were enrolled in each group.The patient’s efficacy index,knee VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome scale,and adverse reaction evaluation were observed before observation,2 weeks of medication,4 weeks of treatment,and 12 weeks of treatment.The efficacy and safety of the soup.Results:1.The total effective rates of the three groups were 86.96%,70.37%,and 75.00%,respectively.The statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).The A group was better than the B and C groups.The difference between the B and C groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05),group C was superior to group B.2.After treatment,the VAS score,WOMAC score,and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment.A was significantly better than group B and C.There was no significant difference between groups B and C during the medication.After 12 weeks of treatment,Group C is superior to group B.3.There were no serious adverse reactions in the three groups during the observation period.One patient had nausea in group A,one patient had abdominal pain in group B,and one patient had diarrhea in group C.The gastrointestinal reactions of the three groups were all after drug reduction.Can be relieved by itself.Conclusions:This study shows that shuanghe decoction combined with celecoxib capsule is better than the two alone,the two drugs have synergistic effect;When used alone,shuanghe decoction and celecoxib capsule had the same curative effect,but the long-term curative effect of shuanghe decoction was better than celecoxib capsule.During the observation period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups of patients during the treatment.Shuanghe decoction and celecoxib capsule have reliable safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
