Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(Stagnation Of Blood Stasis And Obstruction) With Massage

Objective: In this study,a randomized controlled study was used to observe the clinical effects of massage therapy combined with shentongzhuyu soup in the treatment of obstructive knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Eighty-four patients with Knee Osteoarthritis(Stagnation of Blood stasis and Obstruction)were divided into control and treatment groups using a random number table method.Each group includes 42 patients.Both groups were treated with shentongzhuyu soup as basic treatment.Treatment group plus massage therapy.There will be 2 courses of treatment,and each courses of treatment contains 10 days.Before and after treatment WOMAC score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score will be observed and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group 85.0%)was higher than that in the control group(62.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The WOMAC score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment group and control group intervention methods are effective treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis(Stagnation of Blood stasis and Obstruction),the treatment group shentongzhuyu soup combined with massage treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(Stagnation of Blood stasis and Obstruction)pain symptoms than the control group oral pure body pain,joint mobility by stasis soup curative effect is better.
