Explain treatment the two groups had significant analgesic action; Thetreatment group compared with control group after treatment, P＜0.05. Prompt treatment group analgesic action was superior to the control group.(2) Pain curativeeffect evaluation:31cases of experimental group patients,12cases were cured,16cases were excellent,3cases of effective,0no effect, The total effective rate of100%;The control group31cases,10cases were cured,8cases were excellent,10cases ofeffective,3no effect, The total effective rate of90.3%, P＞0.05, The two groups inacupuncture treatment of PHN patients had good analgesic action, The two groupshave no significant difference, But the treatment group total effectiveness was higherthan the control group, Explain experimental treatment analgesic efficacy of analgesiawas better than that of control group.(3)Mental depression effect assessment: Theexperimental group before treatment in patients with depression score averages(37.52±16.46)，After treatment for (6.26±6.07)，P＜0.01；The control group beforetreatment in patients with depression score averages (37.45±12.31)，After treatmentof(9.97±1.74)，P＜0.01. Prompt treatment group psychological depression inpatients with therapeutic effect is better than the control group. During the treatment,two groups did not any adverse events.Conclusion：The experimental group and the control group in the treatment ofPHN has good analgesic effect. The experimental group significantly relieve bloodstasis group PHN patients pain and improve the patient’s mental depression emotionsignificantly better than the control group. Quick effect, good curative effect, safeand reliable, worthy of providing widely clinical application.
