Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Cupping Therapy Acupuncture Combined With The Beryllium Blood Stasis Type Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: Observation beryllium Acupuncture and cupping therapy acupuncture clinical efficacy of blood stasis type postherpetic neuralgia, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 63 patients with PHN patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(32 cases) with the use of beryllium needle acupuncture and cupping therapy, the control group(31 cases) received acupuncture and cupping therapy. 10 days for a course of treatment, were treated after two courses using VAS score, PRI score, sleep efficiency assessment, SDS scores were observed in patients with pain, sleep and emotional ease the situation, the final evaluation of the efficacy and safety evaluation. Results: 63 patients 3(treatment group 2, group 1) course of treatment dropout, end of treatment groups of 30 included in the statistics.(1), the overall effect: the treatment group cured 11 cases, 9 cases, effective in 7 cases, 3 cases, efficiency 90.00%; control group, 4 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective in 8 cases, 11 cases, efficiency 63.33%; there was significant difference( P <0.01) groups.(2), the two groups before and after treatment VAS pain scores: decreased compared with the pre-treatment control group VAS pain scores(P<0.01), in the control group VAS pain scores also decreased significantly(P<0.01); the end of treatment there was a significant difference(P<0.01) after treatment group and control group VAS pain score.(3), before and after treatment of the PRI scores before and after treatment were compared(P<0.01), After treatment, PRI scores were significantly different(P<0.01) compared to.(4), sleep efficiency score after treatment were compared: two groups of patients before treatment and after two courses of treatment in patients with sleep efficiency scores were decreased sleep efficiency scores were differences(P<0.05); the treatment group sleep efficiency Rating score lower than the control group, comparing scores(P<0.01).(5) 、 two emotional states SDS scores after the end of treatment, both groups were lower score, but the treatment group compared with the control group, more significant advantages, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).(6)、during treatment and after treatment cases had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Beryllium acupuncture needles with cupping therapy can significantly relieve postherpetic neuralgia in patients with pain, improve sleep efficiency, improve patient depression. Compared with acupuncture and cupping, significant pain relief, improved quality of life is more significant. Worthy of further clinical application.
