Purpose: Through the Randomized trail,To investigate the recovery period ofbell’s palsy blood stasis syndrome by group A (conventional acupuncture+common penetration needling method+density electricity wave group);group B(conventional acupuncture+the special penetration needling method+densityelectricity wave group),then evaluate the different effectiveness by theHouse-Brachmann (H-B) facial nerve function and the facial injury scores for theimprovement of clinical observation index between the two groups. Methods: In accordance with the cases included the standard choose60casesbell’s palsy recovery blood stasis syndrome patients, adopt the randomizeprinciple, divided into two group: group A (conventional acupuncture+commonpenetration needling method+density electricity wave group);group B(conventional acupuncture+the special penetration needling method+densityelectricity wave group),both groups judged by the House-Brachmann (H-B) facialnerve function classification, and the change of the facial injury scores for theimprovement of clinical observation index, before treatment (acupunctur treated),(after treatment acupuncture treatment five times, ten times), last (after treatmentacupuncture treatment twenty times) in three period before after evaluation.Results:1、Before treatment (see doctor, receive and cure, in the age, sex, the degree of damagescore, House-Brachmann (H-B) facial, bell’s palsy recovery blood stasis syndromepatients, nerve function evaluation classification the two groups of patients are the same basically, no significant difference (P﹥0.05), indicate that two kind of therapywere effective.2、Treatment after five times, A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score,H-B classification and treatment than just into the group, two groups treat are alleffectiveness.A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score:the group themselvescomparative analysis, group A:(P<0.01),group B:(P<0.01),which are all verysignificant difference; the two groups comparative analysis mutually, two grouppatients facial damage total score is not significant difference (p>0.05); indicatingthat the two groups of treatment methods facial damage total score has significanteffect.A、B two groups of patients H-B classification:the group themselves comparativeanalysis, group A:(P>0.05),which is not significant difference, group B:(P<0.01)which are all very significant difference. the two groups comparative analysismutually, two group patients H-B classification is significant difference (p<0.01).indicating that the two groups of treatment methods H-B classification has significanteffect. explain group B to H-B classification of the improvement better than group A.3、Treatment after ten times, A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score,H-B classification and treatment than just into the group, indicating that the twogroups of treatment methods facial damage total score has significant effect.A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score:the group themselvescomparative analysis, group A:(P<0.01),group B:(P<0.01),which are all verysignificant difference; the two groups comparative analysis mutually, two grouppatients facial damage total score is significant difference (p<0.01); indicating thatthe two groups of treatment methods facial damage total score has significant effect.A、B two groups of patients H-B classification:the group themselves comparativeanalysis, group A:(P>0.05),which is not significant difference, group B:(P<0.01)which are all very significant difference. the two groups comparative analysis mutually, two group patients H-B classification is significant difference (p<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment methods H-B classification hassignificant effect A statistical is very significance, indicating that the two treatmentmethod for the disease facial damage total credit and H-B grade improvement, explaingroup B to H-B classification, the change of the facial injury scores for theimprovement better than group A.4、Treatment after twenty times, A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score,H-B classification and treatment than just into the group.A、B two groups of patients facial damage total score:the group themselvescomparative analysis, group A:(P<0.01),group B:(P<0.01),which are all verysignificant difference; the two groups comparative analysis mutually, two grouppatients facial damage total score is significant difference (p<0.01); indicating thatthe two groups of treatment methods facial damage total score has significant effect.A、 B two groups of patients H-B classification:the group themselvescomparative analysis, group A:(P<0.05),which is significant difference, group B:(P<0.01)which are all very significant difference. the two groups comparativeanalysis mutually, two group patients H-B classification is significant difference (p<0.01).indicating that the two groups of treatment methods H-B classification hassignificant effect A statistical is very significance, indicating that the two treatmentmethod for the disease facial damage total credit and H-B grade improvement, explaingroup B to H-B classification, the change of the facial injury scores for theimprovement better than group A.5、Treatment after20times, in group A well7cases,12cases were multiple therapieseffective6cases effectiveness and5example, cure rate23.33%, B group healed in20cases, powerfully in6cases, effective3cases effectiveness and1example, cure rate66.66%, two groups of patients therapies effect was very difference (p <0.01),explain group B the overall effect of the improvement better than group A. Conclusion: group B (conventional acupuncture+the special penetration needlingmethod+density electricity wave group) treatment group’s paralysis of recovery bellblood stasis syndrome has good curative effect, better than group A (conventionalacupuncture+common penetration needling method+density electricity wave group)toimprove facial function, H-B grade aspects efficacy is significant, especially thesymptoms improve facial in the early, which have a positive role on improveprognosis in the later period.during the study,we can see that H-B grade treat after5times,treat after10times,H-B classification:the group themselves comparativeanalysis, which is not significant difference, but patients facial damage total score:thegroup themselves comparative analysis, which are all very significant difference, thereason for this is that facial damage total score standard is very refining, but H-Bclassification is not,so facial damage total score standard in the5times,10times isvery significant difference, but H-B classification appear later.
