The Clinical Observation Of Strengthening The NO.2Tangbiwaixing Decoction In The Treatment Of Phlegm Turbidity Stasis Type Of DPN

ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic effects of NO.2Tangbiwaixing Decoction which used in the phlegm stasis syndrome of DPN in our department recently. Based on the research of the efficacy of this Decoction, which observed TCM diagnosis and Western medicine diagnostic standard strictly, also based on the include and exclude standards, through the form of questionnaire survey, data, and statistical method, to observe the decoction’s effect in the treatment of DPN.Methods60patients were divided into the treated group(30cases) and the controlled group (30cases), both with diet control, oral drug and insulin administration to control blood clucose, took Mecobalamin500ug three times a day to nerve nutrition. Treated group on the basis of the above treatment with NO.2Tangbiwaixi Decoction for8weeks. Controlled group does not used by NO.2Tangbiwaixi Decoction. Through treatment, according to the Neurological symptomscore (NSS) and Michigan Diabetic Neuropathv Score (MDNS), it is concluded the result of NO.2Tangbiwaixi Decoction used in DPN.ResultsThis topic concluded:(1)The results of statistical analysis, NSS symptoms integral comparison on the patients’weakness of excruciating pain and numbness in the treatment group, symptoms, occurrence time, ease the way points in comparison before and after the treatment group, the difference had statistical significance(p<0.05). Comparisons between two groups, the rank and inspection, the treatment group in alleviating fatigue, relieve excruciating pain and numbness, the difference had statistical significance (p<0.05), for the part of the symptoms, time, whether because of discomfort to wake with the control group no significant difference.(2) MDNS integral comparison before and after the treatment, the rank and inspection, the treatment group in the sensory test, strength test, reflex examination before and after the treatment group, the difference had statistical significance(p<0.05). Comparisons between the groups, the treatment group and control group, the difference had statistical significance(p<0.05).(3) the total effective rate of statistical analysis, the NSS scores and MDNS score, total efficiency compared two groups, the difference had statistical significance(p<0.05), efficient treatment group is higher than the control group.ConclusionUse the NO.2Tangbiwaixing Decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity stasis type of DPN, good safety, efficacy, to numb the pain fatigue symptoms have improved significantly, should apply to the clinical and research further.
