Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Antipyretic Wet Side On Blood Glucose Fluctuation In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Wet And Hot Mutual Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of self-medicated external washing in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by removing phlegm,removing blood stasis and removing arthralgia,improving clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity,and improving quality of life.Methods:In this study,70 inpatients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected according to the inclusion criteria.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases each.On the basis of health education,stable blood sugar control and nutritional nerve control,the two groups were smoked and washed with safflower decoction in the control group,and the lower limbs of the patients with external washing of Huatan Quyu Tongbi prescription in the treatment group.4 weeks as a course of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment.Chinese medicine syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and glucose and lipid metabolism index were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the related data were sorted out.Statistical software was used to SPSS22.0the statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the phlegm Efficacy and safety of Zhuyu Tongbi recipe.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score comparison: the foot bath improved the symptoms and signs of the patients,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).especially in the treatment group to improve numbness,pain,dark skin,limb drowsiness,dizziness and other symptoms compared with the control group significantly(P<0.05).can not be considered to improve limb coolness,sensory abnormalities,abdominal distension and anorexia difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)comprehensive efficacy comparison: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.6%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.2%.The total efficiency of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment was Z= PZ= by rank sum test The difference was statistically significant.(3)comparison of glycolipid metabolism index: treatment in treatment group and control group had no significant effect on glycolipid metabolism(P>0.05);it can not be considered that there is a difference between the two groups treatment on glycolipid metabolism index(P>0.05).(4)nerve conduction velocity comparison: the treatment group and the control group had a significant increase in nerve conduction velocity(P<0.01);the treatment group had a significant effect on bilateral common fibula nerve MCV and left gastrocnemius nerve SCV compared with the treatment group(0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: in the course of treatment,the safety indicators of patients were normal,and no obvious adverse reaction events occurred.Conclusion:Through preliminary clinical research,foot bath can improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy to a certain extent,and the effect of phlegm and blood stasis Tongbi prescription on phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome is better than that of safflower decoction fumigation and washing,improving clinical symptoms,but also improving nerve conduction speed,high safety,can further study its mechanism of action and widely used in clinic.
