The observation indexes include:the improvement of the menstrual cycle, the transformation scores of Yang deficiency body constitution and the improvement of TCM symptoms, the long-term curative effect, and so on. The study used SPSS20.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis of the indicators, and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. The measurement data have been analyzed by T-Test, count data by Chi-Square, and the level data by Non-parametric Test.Results1.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90% and excellence was 76.67%。The total effective rate of control group was 76.67% and excellence was 50%。After statistical software analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)2. After treatment, Comparing the treatment group and the control group, the transformation points of Yang-deficiency body constitution, and the Chinese medicine symptom score is better than pretherapy. The difference of two groups has statistical significance.3. After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the treatment group and the control group were improved, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the degree of menstrual cycle.4. Follow up was performed 3 months after treatment, we foud that the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33% and the total effective rate of control group was 73.33%. After statistical software analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion1. In terms of efficacy, the treatment group and control group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of delayed menstrual cycle, but there are significant differences between the two groups, the former is better than the latter.2. In improving TCM symptom integral and the transformation points of Yang-deficiency constitution, both of the treatment group and the control group have significant effect, but the treatment group is better than the control group.3. In improving the menstrual cycle, the treatment group and the control group had a significant effect, the two groups compared, there is no significant difference.4. In the long-term effect, the treatment group was better than the control group.5. Overall, the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion at Shenque and Mingmen points in the total effect improve, the transformation scores of Yang-deficiency body constitution, improve TCM symptoms points, long-term efficacy is better than the acupuncture therapy.
