| ObjectiveThis study using clinical samples randomized controlled study, aims to observe and assess the curative effect of yin deficiency acne in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment combined with spirit-regulating compared to control group (simple acupuncture group). This study aims at finding out whether there are statistical differences between the treatment group and control group and discovering the better way to cure the acne on yin-deficiency clinical acneMethodsAccording to the inclusion standard,60 subjects with yin-deficiency constitution who were suffering acne syndrome were collected and were divided into treatment group and control group(30 subjects every group) randomly, treatment in supine and prone positions. Treatment group were treated by spirit-regulating acupuncture:SI 18, GV14, LI4, LI11, ST44, GV20, dingshen needling (GV29, GB14,0.5 inch over), PC6, HT7, PC8(warm needling), KI1(warm needling), BL13(warm moxibution), BL43(warm moxibution), KI3, SP6. Control group:SI18, GV14, LI4, LI11, ST44, PC8(warm needling), KI1(warm needling), BL13(warm moxibution), BL43(warm moxibution), KI3, SP6. Both groups got treatments 2 times a week and the course of treatment was 2 months. Judge the curative effect after 2 months. Record yin-deficiency constitution score of two groups and the skin lesion of the two groups, and evaluate the overall curative effect. The datas before treatment and after treatment were compared by SPSS 22.Results1.Among the 60 patients, one patient who were pregnant was excluded from the treatment group. Finally, there were 29 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the gender, age, duration of disease, the severity of acne, the transformation of yin deficiency before treatment (P>0.05). The resul was that the acne scores and yin-deficiency constitution scores of both groups decreased finaly, and there was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05) between them, which suggests that the two methods play a role in improving the situation of acne lesions. There were 7 cases were cured,15 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective,1 case was ineffective in the treatment group and 3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases effective, 5 cases were ineffective in the control group. The rank sum test, Z=-2.136, P= 0.033, P< 0.05, the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significantly different, indicating that the treatment effect of treatment group is better than the control group.After treatment, the yin-deficiency constitution scores of both groups decreased, which suggested that the constitutions were adjustable. There were 17 patiens’yin-deficiency constitution scores of treatment group declined less than or equal to 10 points,10 patients’declined 11-20 points,one patient’s score declined 21-30 pionts, one patient’s score declined more than 30 points. There were 20 patients’yin-deficiency constitution scores of control group declined less than or equal to 10 points,9 patients’declined 11-20 points, no one’s score declined 21-30 pionts, one patient’s score declined more than 30 points. The rank sum test, Z=-2.063, P= 0.039, P< 0.05, indicating that physical conditioning effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group, but the physical conditioning is a long process, this research studied for a short time, according to the results of this study, the author doubts that result. It needs more research in the future.conclusion1.The treating method of treatment group is better than the control group. 2. Spirit-regulating acupuncture and simple acupuncture both are much useful to improve the physical conditioning, but it needs a more longer time and it needs more rescearch in the future.3. The study suggests that both the simple acupunture and spirit regulating acupunture are good for the patient in yin-deficiency constitution who is suffering acne and spirit regulating acupunture is much better that is worthy to be popularized in clinic. |
