The Curative Effect Of Moxibustion At Back Points On Qi-Deficiency Body Common Cold

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at Back-shu points on Qi-Deficiency Body Common Cold,and Explore the possibility of its clinical application.Methods According to the random number table method,90 patients with repeatedly common cold in Qi-deficiency body were randomly divided into group one-. group two and group three,30 cases for each.Group one recived the treatment of moxibustion at Back-shu points,20 minutes for each opration,qod,a total month for 1 course.And Group two received the treatment of Chinese patent medicine,one bag each time,tid,a total month for 1 course.Group 3 was the control group. Evaluating the clinical efficacy by percentage of Commom Cold relief?TCM quality table.Record the results of observation and observe events, followed up for 9 months.Results(1)Compare the number of common cold.ANOVA three groups difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).pairwise comparison:Group 1 and Group 3 the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), group 2 and group 3 was statistically significant difference (p<0.05), group 1 and group 2 the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Tip:Group 1, Group 2 treatment can effectively reduce the number of exogenous, while the number of exogenous group 1 than group 2 significantly reduce the rate.(2)physical deficiency scores:Comparison between groups (ANOVA):three groups of qi deficiency score after treatment,1 month,2 months,3 months after the treatment of various stages were statistically significant (p<0.05); pairwise comparison:Group 1 and group 3, group 2 and group 3 by test showed significant difference (p<0.05), group 1 and group 2 by the test no significant difference; By repeated measures analysis of variance (overall analysis):various time points was no significant difference. Fine comparison (paired t-test):Group 1 before treatment and after treatment each time any two differences were statistically significant (p<0.05); each time point pairwise comparisons showed no significant difference after treatment. Group 2 before treatment with the respective time points pairwise comparisons were statistically significant (p<0.05); each time point pairwise comparisons showed no significant difference. Group 3 at each time point pairwise comparisons showed no significant difference.Tip:Group 1, Group 2 Qi deficiency can effectively reduce rates, improve physically weak susceptible of qi deficiency state, after the two groups after treatment to improve physical deficiency have longer-term and stable effects.Conclusion:Moxibustion back Shu acupoint (five points) on the prevention and treatment of body weak and Qi deficiency Common Cold in patients with obvious curative effect, and safe, convenient and has been easyly accepted, it has the feasibility of clinical application and promotion.
