Shock Pressure Clinical Research For The Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective:Through systematic and standardization of clinical research,the shock pressure treatment the clinical curative effect and safety of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome to make objective evaluation,the formation of technical specifications,for the third lumbar transverse process syndrome massage therapy provide a new thought and method.Methods:1.This clinical study in March 2015-January 2016 to come to the third affiliated hospital of henan institute of traditional Chinese massage clinics,diagnostic criteria of clinical diagnosis accord with age between 18 to 65 years old(including 18 and 65 years old)patients diagnosed with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome as the research object,according to the order of visits for the first time of collection of 60 cases.By the method of simple randomized,controlled and 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups in a ratio of 1:1 were randomized controlled trials.Two groups of treatment time were once daily treatment,seven times for a course of treatment.Two courses of continuous treatment,treatment between two days to rest.During the treatment stopped all the drugs and treatment of associated with the disease.2.Observe the two methods of treatment of two groups of patients before and after the treatment the clinical curative effect and the related indicators of the data.This clinical study the clinical effect of selection to improve therapeutic effect evaluation table of the Japanese orthopaedic society of low back pain(JOA)and simplified Mcgill pain ask table(MPQ)including pain grading index PRI scale,visual analog scale and PPI pain VAS score feet status table as clinical curative effect observation of reference standards and evaluation index.Each treatment group were using before and after treatment to the patient’s clinical curative effect evaluation,the calculation method with random comparison evaluation,with reference to the evaluation of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard for two consecutive courses of shock pressure method is used to treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome and the conventional massage methods the clinical curative effect of treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,and carries on the analysis summary.Results:1.The comprehensive curative effect: the treatment group cure in 16 cases,13 cases had marked effect,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.66%;Control group cure 8 cases,17 cases had marked effect,is invalid in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 83.32%;Two groups of comparisons,after statistics processing(P < 0.05),there is significant difference,and the treatment group is better than the control group.2.After statistics statistical computing,there were no significant differences in gender,age,disease data comparable(P > 0.05).J0 A rating of the two groups before treatment and after treatment,PRI score,VAS score and PPI score comparison,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms are eased with ease,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The two groups after treatment and symptom scores than before treatment were significantly improved,shows two treatment methods can effectively improve symptoms in patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.2.The treatment group after the treatment in JOA,PRI,VAS and PPI scores improved better than the control group.Compared with conventional massage,shock pressure can obviously improve the symptom of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome patients.3.Fibrillation pressure method to treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome without trauma,can obviously improve the patients quality of life,and easy to operate,compared with the traditional technique easy to remember,easy to copy used by clinical doctor,is also easy to accept,can be applied in the clinical.Also for the future treatment of other spinal system provide a new treatment idea related diseases.
