The Da-zhui Acupuncture Point Stab Winding Bleeding With ZhuangDuTongLuo Pill In Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis The Clinical Research And Effects On ESR And CRP

Objective: Observe the da-zhui acupuncture point stab winding bleeding with ZhuangDu TongLuo pill in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical efficacy and safety，Securityand comparing the change of ESR and CRP laboratory indexes before and after treatment.Tofurther explore the effective scheme of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ankylosingspondylitis.Method:In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, activescreening of60cases of patients with blood stasis type bizu AS test subjects, were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group, two groups of cases of1:1. Treatment groupto cooperate the da-zhui acupuncture point stab winding bleeding oral ZhuangDuTongLuopill, control group given oral sulfanilamide pyridine willow nitrogen treatment, continuoustreatment of8weeks. Comparative test at the beginning of the syndromes of integral andsyndromes points at8weeks, comparative trial begins the ESR and CRP and8weeks ofESR and CRP laboratory index, compare the trial begins with8weeks of blood, urineroutine, liver, kidney and other laboratory indexes and possible adverse reactions during test,such as nausea, NaCha, weiwantong gastrointestinal irritation and rashes, cytopenia,headache, dizziness, timely processing, records at any time. After the project, we assessedthe efficacy, takes effect and clinical follow-up mitigation, follow-up time for30days.Results:60patients with ankylosing spondylitis are to complete the course, andcompliance is good, does not appear fall off and eliminate cases.1In the two groups after treatment in patients with total curative effect by the analysisof disease,2cases of treatment group clinical remission,11cases markedly effective,effective in13cases, the total effective rate was86.67%; the control group in clinicalremission in0cases,3cases markedly effective, effective in20cases, the total effective ratewas76.67%, the total effect of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).2TCM symptom integral comparison of two groups of TCM symptoms comparison before and after the treatment are significant differences (all P<0.05); Between treatmentgroup and the control way is in addition to the joint swelling a no difference between the twogroups after treatment (P﹥0.05) than is significant difference between the groups (all P <0.05).3The compare of the main signs, two groups of the main signs comparison before andafter the treatment are obvious differences (all P <0.05); Comparison between groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05).4The comparison of the laboratory index the ESR and CRP, the two groups before andafter treatment the ESR and CRP were improved significantly (P<0.05), treatment group andthe contrast between the way more significant difference (P <0.05).5Safety evaluation: treatment group has no adverse events, before and after treatmentof vital signs, blood, urine routine, hepatic, renal function before and after treatment were noexception; the control group of1cases of nausea, anorexia,2cases of the control grouproutine urine abnormality,8patients with abnormal ALT,8patients with abnormal AST,1patientswith abnormal Cr,2patients with abnormal BUN, recovered after stopping the medication, morevital signs, blood, urine routine, hepatic, renal function before and after treatment, no abnormal.6Recurrence rate comparison, the treatment group recurrence rate was15.38%(4/26),control group recurrence rate was65.22%(15/23)(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.The da-zhui acupuncture point stab winding bleeding withZhuangDuTongLuo pill in treatment of blood stasis type bizu ankylosing spondylitis (AS)clinical is efficacy,and the recurrence rate is low.2.The da-zhui acupuncture point stabwinding in active bleeding with ZhuangDuTongLuo pill treatment can effectively improveblood stasis type bizu AS syndromes, the main signs of patients and reduce the ESR andCRP levels.
