Objective: To observe the different clinical efficacy of Ankylosing SpondylitisBackaches between puncturing Jiaji points and Jiaji points plus Houxi and shugu.Methods: This study selected60patients of Ankylosing Spondylitis Backaches andwere randomly divided into2groups: the observe group and the comparison group. Eachgroup contained30cases.The patients with the points of Jiaji points plus houxi(SI6) andshugu(BL65) belong to observe group: The patients puncture the Jiaji points belong to theobserve group.Each group of patients are treated3times a week and are treated for4weeks. At the end of the treatment, each group was compared by observing the VAS scorechanges of their pain and symptom before and after the treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Result: After one month treatments, there was no significant or very significantdifference of the symptoms,VAS score when compared with which before treatment,but EIhas significant difference.Conclusion: Puncture Jiaji points can treat the symptom of backaches of AS patients andthe effect isn’t improved with houxi(SI6) and shugu(BL65) combined.
