Objective This paper will explore the main syddromes and dialectical points of ankylosing spondylitis to provide relevant reference for clinical practice.Method In this paper literature search and prospective clinical investigation will be used.Excel form will be used to do medicineherb frequency statistic,R software will be used to do cluster analysis,principal component analysis for the obtained data.In this way the characteristics of therapeutic prescriptions,main syddromes and its distribution characteristics,dialectical points of each syndrome element of the disease can be summarized.Result By using frequency analysis method to statistics and analysis medicineherb we can know that medicineherb for eliminating dampness,medicineherb for rheumatism which included in the literature is accounted as the largest proportion of the used medicineherb.The formulars included in the literature can be divided into three categories by cluster analysis.The first have the effection of replenishing the vital essence and removing heat,clearing damp and dredging the channel.The second have the effection of warming kidney and activating yang,activating meridians to stop pain.The third have the effection of warming kidney and activating yang,clearing damp and vern relaxing.Statistical analysis method will be used to count the frequency of syndromes distribution.Principal component analysis will be used to analysed the clinical questionnaire symptom item data.Both results point to 5 main syndromes,includ damp-heat,blood stasis,cold-dampness,yin deficiency,damp-heat syndrome is the most common among them.The key points of damp-heat syndrome are joint swollen,spontaneous perspiration,red joint,searing of joint,foul shit.Conclusion The main pathogene of ankylosing spondylitis is liver and kidney.The pathogene is dampness,heat,blood stasis,cold and Yin deficiency,among which dampness is the most common.The treatment of this disease is mainly to heal the pathogenic factors,mainly using prescription to supplement liver and kidney,dispel wind,dissipate cold,clear heat and nourish Yin,remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals.
