The Da-zhui Acupuncture Point Stab Winding Bleeding Therapeutically Active Period Clinical Research Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of the da-zhui stab winding bloodletting in the treatment of the active rheumatoid arthritis,in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the da-zhui acupuncture point stab winding bloodletting in the use of active treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and to explore a new effective therapy of TCM for the treatment of the disease.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select 60 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,hey were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Treatment group was given the treatment of da-zhui stab winding bloodletting in combination with traditional acupuncture,the control group was given the treatment of traditional acupuncture.Both groups were given treatment for 15 days.I compared the indicators before the treatment with the indicators after the treatment of 15 days in the TCM syndrome integral,the main symptoms,signs,ESR,CRP,vital signs,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,observed the possible adverse reactions of the experiment,processed it and recorded it timely.After the project of 30 days,I evaluated the efficacy and followed up the patients.Results: 1.The total curative effect comparison: The treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,better than 80.00% of the control group(P < 0.05).The TCM syndrome curative effect comparison: the treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%,better than 76.67% of the control group(P< 0.05).2.The TCM syndrome integral comparison: comparing within the two groups,all had significant difference(all P<0.05);after treatment except inconvenient flexion had not significant difference(P > 0.05),other comparison had significant difference both of the two groups(P < 0.05).comparing the main symptoms,signs,the ESR and the CRP,two way within and between groups after treatment compared before and after the treatment,all had significant difference(all P < 0.05).3.Safety evaluation: two groups had no adverse events.The vital signs,blood and urine routine,liver and kidneyhad no difference before and after the treatment.4.Compare the recurrence rate: treatment group total recurrence rate was 10.00%,better than 33.33% of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The da-zhui stab winding bloodletting therapeutically active rheumatoid arthritis have high efficient,exact curative effect.2.The da-zhui stab winding bloodletting winding can obviously improve the TCM syndrome,the main symptoms,signs,the ESR and the CRP levels of the active rheumatoid arthritis.3.The da-zhui stab winding bloodletting in the process of therapeutically active rheumatoid arthritis is safe and without adverse reaction.
