ObjectiveThrough this research, to explore the clinical curative efficacy of lumbar muscle strain tendons acupuncture in treating sports and practical value, is intended for finding more effective treatment of this disease and provide the necessary basis, to improve the level ofathletes in sports career.MethodAll subjects were from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine institute athletes, A randomized method would meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria by62cases of lumbar muscle strain screened subjects, according to the1:1ratio was randomly assigned to "Jing Jing" acupuncture group and routine acupuncture group, Where tendons needling group under the guidance of theory, To the "pain to lose" principle, the use of local multi-needle acupuncture point and tendon pain localized nodes; ordinary acupuncture group were dialectical acupoints along meridians. Two groups of treatment1times one day,5times for one course of rest between two courses, course of2days, the subjects of clinical signs, the degree of pain, function and the changes of lumbar spinal motion several indexes were compared before and after treatment and analyze the treatment effect of two groups.Result1. In this study,62patients were done, the two groups before treatment cases, sexes, age, duration, the pain visual analog scale (VAS), clinical signs integral score, lumbar mobility functional activity score (Oswestry) table, are had no obvious difference(P>0.05)2. In terms of VAS scores improved after treatment, he two groups after treatment of integral was improved significantly than before (P<0.05);and after treatment, the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group, the difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). The results suggest that the tendons needling acupuncture and conventional aspects of the subjects had better pain improvement and a degree of pain were better and the reinforcement method curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture group.3. On lumbar activity score improved after treatment than before treatment after total score improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was not obvious (P>0.05). Showed that the reinforcement method of the subjects with conventional acupuncture method had good improvement, and two groups had a little difference between the two groups.4. In the aspect of clinical signs of integral, there are tendons therapy group compared with the conventional acupuncture group before treatment was significant obvious(P<0.05), and the treatment group improved compared with the control group, the difference was rather obvious (P<0.05). Showed that the tendons and conventional therapy of acupuncture on the subject has obvious clinical signs of improvement, and tendons needling acupuncture is superior to the conventional method.5.The Oswestry disability scores after treatment was significant differences between two groups, statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared in the two groups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Result indicates that the method and routine acupuncture method to improve subjects waist function activities were better, and two groups of effect is not obvious difference.Conclusion1. two treatments for muscle strain sports have better clinical results.2. Tendons overall therapeutic effect of acupuncture motility muscle strain subjects than conventional acupuncture.3. Tendons acupuncture can significantly improve symptoms and pain associated with muscle strain athlete clinical symptoms and the degree of pain relief than ordinary acupuncture.4. Easy operation by tendon needling effective, easy to spread, with a more broad application prospects.
