Acupuncture Combined With The Clinical Research Of Treatment Strain Of Lumbar Muscles

Purpose:Studying the efficiency of therapy of acupuncture and copping-bloodletting (Hijamh) to lumbar muscle degeneration by analyzing its curative effect after applying this therapy on60patients suffering from lumbar muscle degeneration.Method:Dividing60patients randomly into two groups with30persons in each, the treatment group and the control group respectively. Analyzing the curative effect by comparing patients’symptoms before the treatment, in the6st day of the treatment and12th day of the treatment (a whole course of this therapy) and observing whether any adverse reaction comes up or not. And carrying out3months follow-up investigation.Results:The curative rate of treatment group is up to63.33%, and the total efficiency is96.67%. As for the evaluation of therapeutic efficiency before and after the treatment, it shows very obvious effect on relieving patients’ painful feeling, reviving the function of their waist and back muscle and living their daily life. Comparing to the control group, the variance is clear (P<0.05) in terms of the clinic curative effect on lumber muscle degeneration. And also the reaction rate of treatment group is lower than the control group with the statistical difference P<0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture and copping-bloodletting (Hijamh) on chronic lumber muscle degeneration is definite, which can relieve patients’pain quickly and improve their waist function. According to this study, it can be confirmed that the therapy of combination acupuncture and copping-bloodletting (Hijamh) can be widely applied in clinic treatment since it works quickly with lower reaction rate, less diverse effect and lower cost.
