ObjectiveThrough the clinical effects of acupuncture and acupuncture combined with sling exercise therapy in treating the chronic strain of lumbar muscles,to evaluate the curative efficacy and long-term effect of acupuncture combined with sling exercise therapy.MethodsSixty cases with chronic strain of lumbar muscles were randomly divided into two groups according to 1:1 with thirty patients in the treatment group(acupuncture)and the other 30 patients in the control group(acupuncture with s1ing exercise therapy). The acupuncture group take the Shenshu,Da Changshu,Weizhong,Ashi point, commission in and acupoints:Geshu point for the blood stasis syndrome,Yao Yangguang point for cold-damp syndrome,Dazhong point for nephrasthenia syndrome. All acupuncture was left after gas,30 minutes each time. The acupuncture with sling exercise therapy group on the basis of the acupuncture receive the treatment of lumbar, abdominal, pelvic muscle group based suspension training,a toal of 3 groups of traincing movements.Training for 30 minutes at a time..All the patients were treated once a day and 6 times a week.A total of 2 weeks and follow-up after 3 months. To observe the change of VAS,JOA and conducting statistical analysis.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:The acupuncture group,9 cases were recured,18 cases were significant effective,1 case was effective,2 cases were not avail, the effective rate was 93.3%totally.The acupuncture with sling exercise therapy group was cured 3 cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 5 cases. The total effecti ve rate was 83.3%.The two groups' s efficacy had the statistically significant, difference by the juvenile and test.(2)VAS score:after two courses of treatment, comparing the VAS between the two groups before and after treatment, they all decreased. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)by statistical analysis, and the average of acupuncture with sling exercise therapy group was lower than that of the control group. There were significant differences in VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months and before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with SET group had long-term effect in relieving pain. However, the VAS scores of the two groups after 3 months were significantly different(P<0.05),which suggested that acupuncture combined with SET had better effect on the maintenance of pain relief.(3)JOA score:after two courses of treatment, comparing the JOA between the two groups before and after treatment, they all decreased. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)by statistical analysis, and the average of acupuncture with sling exercise therapy group was lower than that of the control group. There were significant differences in JOA scores between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months and before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with SET group had some long-term effects on improving the motor dysfunction. However, the JOA scores of the two groups after 3 months were significantly different(P<0.05),which suggested that acupuncture combined with SET had better effect on continuous improvement of dyskinesia.ConclusionThe acupuncture and acupuncture combined with sling exercise therapy can both alleviate pain and improve life dysfunction in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain, and the curative effect of acupuncture combined with suspension group is better than that of acupuncture group, but from the long-term effect, acupuncture combined with suspension has more advantages in improving dysfunction.
