| ObjectiveStudy on the selection of randomized control study, selected according to traditional Chinese medicine Western medicine conforms to the lumbar muscle strain and the strain of lumbar muscles in patients with kidney deficiency as the research object, setting Jingui Shenqi Pill (Science of oral Chinese medicine granule) as control group, to observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill Treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome of lumbar muscle strain. Using a visual analog scale method (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI index) the clinical curative effect index, changes of VAS and ODI before and after treatment in two groups were compared, so as to judge the therapeutic effects in the two groups of treatment method.MethodsIn this study, a total income of 60 cases with traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis standard strain of lumbar muscles of patients, all patients were in 2014 March-2015 January visit to Taiwan Yan Bai traditional Chinese medicine clinic. The 60 patients according to the random number table were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Based on the movement of life, cultivate, the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill, while the control group was only oral Jingui Shenqi pill. Two groups of patients for 2 weeks of treatment, observe the VAS score and ODI index changes before and after treatment in the patients of two groups before and after treatment. The overall effect of the end:two groups of patients for a period of 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group of 30 cases,7 cases were cured, the cure rate is 23.33%,11 cases had significant effect, the marked effective rate was 36.67%, effective 9 cases, effective rate was 30%,3 cases of invalid ineffective 10% total effective rate was 90% the control group of 30 cases in 3 cases were cured, the cure rate 10%,11 cases were cured, markedly effective rate was 36.67%, effective in 8 cases, effective rate was 26.67%, 8 cases, no efficiency of 26.67%, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The rank sum test, there is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the total effect of acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill oral efficacy of kidney deficiency of lumbar muscle strain is better than pure oral Jingui Shenqi pill.2.before treatment, respectively, in patients with general information, including sex, age, course of disease were compared, found that the baseline data of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), two patients with comparable.3. the average VAS scores were compared before treatment VAS treatment group was 6.54±2.67, the average VAS control group was 6.14±2.25, through statistical analysis no significant difference between the two groups score (P>0.05), there is statistical significance. The end of 2 weeks of treatment the treatment group the average VAS score of 2.31±1.84 VAS control group, the average score of 3.56±1.64. Compared before and after the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison of the two groups after treatment VAS score, a significant difference (P<0.05), there is statistical significance. That acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill oral and Jinkui Shenqi pills are simple oral can alleviate the strain of lumbar muscles pain effectively, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4. Comparison of ODI index:before treatment, the ODI index of patients in two groups, the treatment group OID index was 78.48±11.62, the control group is 76.97±10.91 OID index,OID index by statistical analysis, the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, once again the statistical treatment group and the control group of ODI index, the result is’a treatment group of 28.41±8.25,40.91±7.49 in the control group the statistical analysis, comparison with before treatment, two groups of patients with OID index decreased significantly, the significant difference (P<0.01), and after treatment, the treatment group the ODI index was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Explain two kinds of treatment methods can improve the function of lumbar muscle strain with a very good, but the acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill oral relatively simple oral Jinkui Shenqi Pill effect more obvious.ConclusionThe results of this study confirmed that acupuncture combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill, oral and Jinkui Shenqi pills are simple oral can alleviate the strain of lumbar muscles pain effectively, improve the lumbar muscle strain and the function of patients but the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine more accurate, better effect of pain and improve the function of. So the clinical work in the future, not biased for a particular treatment means, should be the combination of acupuncture and herbs, play a better clinical effect. |
