The Clinical And Experimental Research Of Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction In The Treatment Of The Acute Attack Of Acute Exacerbation Of Asthma In Children(Damp Heat Syndrome)

Objective: This topic adopts the prospective controlled study, which is basedon theanimal experiment and clinical research, to observe the effects of Jiawei YinchenhaoDecoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma at acute stage (damp heat syndrome)efficacy and safety, and investigate the role and mechanism of Jiawei YinchenhaoDecoction of airway remodeling bronchial asthma acute phase advance.Method: The clinical study:59patients were randomly divided into two groups,Thetreatment group,treated with Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction of traditional Chinese medicineoral and terbutaline, budesonide atomization inhalatiAnd compared the differencentreatment,the Control group with terbutaline, budesonide atomization inhalation treatment.The course of treatment was7days.Two groups were observed before and after treatment,signs and symptom, study abnormal changes of physicochemical indexes of blood INF-γ,IL-4, MMP-9, TIMP-1and TGF-β1concentration,andcompared the difference.Theexperimental study.The asthma model of damp heat syndrome of40SD rats, wererandomly divided into the group of Western medicine, the high dosage Chinese medicinegroup, the middle dosage Chinese medicine grou and model group,10rats in each group..The western medicine group received dexamethasone0.25mg/kg, the Chinese medicinegroup, high dose group was given Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction19.5g/kg/d,38g/kg/d,model group were given physiological saline instead of4ml drugs, once a day, continuousintragastric administration for7days.Another10normal SD rats were on normal diet.Toobserve the asthma symptoms and signs, serum INF-γ, IL-4, MMP-9, TIMP-1, BALFTGF-β1concentration and the difference of pathologic difference of lung tissue injury.Results: clinical study:Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction can obviously improve theclinical symptoms and signs of patients and abnormal physicochemical index.Thetreatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than westernmedicine and safety.The experimental study:Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction can obviouslyimprove pathological changes of lung pathology of mode lrats changes, improve airway remodeling.Conclusion: Jiawei Yinchenhao Decoction on acute exacerbation of asthma dampheat syndrome is safe and effective, and improve the mechanism of the effect of airwayremodeling.
