Objective:The mechanism of Yinchcnhao Decoction in treatment of children with chronic persistent asthma of damp heat syndrome, improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:Clinical Study:Clinical cases were observed in 60 cases,30 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group with modified Yinchcnhao Decoction Combined with terbutaline, budcsonidc atomization inhalation, control group with special cloth He Lin, budesonide atomization inhalation, observe the changes before and after treatment in the two groups, through statistical analysis, comparing the effect.Experimental study:to establish the animal model of damp heat asthma randomly divided into hot and humid asthma model control group, dexamethasone group of damp heat asthma, heat asthma low dose of Chinese medicine group, heat asthma medicine dose group, damp heat asthma medicine high dose group, the number of animals in each group is consistent with or close to. Drug intervention groups were given distilled water (10ml·kg-1·d-1) and dexamethasone (0.08mg·kg-1·d-1), modified Yinchenhao Decoction in the low, medium and high dose (3.145g·kg-1·d-1?6.29g·kg-1·d-1? 12.58g·kg-1·d-1). Animal experiments show that Yinchenhao Decoction reduced the asthma made group rats serum IL-17 levels, improve the level of IL-10, suggesting that modified Yinchenhao Decoction can correct the imbalance of Th17/ Treg cell function; it staining was used to observe the damp heat asthma model of inflammatory cell infiltration, the four treatment groups compared with model group reduced.Conclusion:modified Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of children with damp heat asthma chronic persistent period is safe and effective, and the mechanism of therapeutic effect and improve the Th17/Treg ratio.
