The goal of this subject is to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration. Total of60patients with simple random grouping according to the needle and medicine groups:Chinese medicine groups:control group=1:1:1. The control group, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), needle medicine group and every group has20patients in the research.20cases of the control group gives the western medicine foundation treatment; Chinese medicine group was given the Chinese herbal medicine of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration, a dose of daily, with the control group foundation treatment; Needle medicine treatment group was given western medicine foundation, the Chinese herbal medicine of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration, the same with Chinese traditional medicine group, at the same time acupuncture needle of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration,7days for a period of treatment,14days is an observation period.ResultsClinical observation found that:1in the needle medicine group, c-reactive protein was different significantly before and after the treatment (P<0.05), and significant differences between three groups (P<0.01);2Significant difference exist between Chinese medicine group and the needle and medicine group before and after treatment such as the number of the mediation and sensitive antibiotics, compared three groups (P<0.05), there is statistical significance in terms of the number of pathogenic bacteria in patients with intermediate and sensitive antibiotics in the two groups were significantly better than the control group;3There is statistical significance comparison of the three goups treatment (P<0.05), before and after treatment comparison at white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio in the blood routine examination, the treatment of Chinese medicine group and the needle medicine group were significantly better than the control group;4In the curative effect evaluation of stroke associated pneumonia, total effective rate of the Chinese traditional medicine group was75.00%; Needle medicine group total effective rate was80.00%.
