Objective1. To observe the impact of Neurological Severity Score that "The Acupuncture Method of Romveing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" on acute cerebral infarction, evaluate it clinical therapeutic effect.2. To observe the impact of D-Dimer that "The Acupuncture Method of Romveing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" on acute cerebral infarction.3. To observe the variation of the patients’ tougue before and after the treatment.MethodsAccording to the clinical needs, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria are set for selecting60patients with acute cerebral infarction for the study. All the sixty qualified patients were grouped randomly into two groups:thirty in the control group, treated by primary medicine treatment;thirty in the treated group, treated by primary medicine treatment and "The Acupuncture Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration".The acupointsinclude:Quchi(LI11), Hegu(LI4),Xuehai(SP10), Fenglong(ST40),Taicho ng(LR3), Zusanli(ST36), Yinlingquan(SP9), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taixi(KI3), Taibai(SP3). ThenQuchi (LI11), Hegu(LI4), Xuehai(SP10), Fenglong(ST40), Taichong(LR3)a dopts the reducing method and Zusanli (ST36), Yinlingquan (SP9), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taixi (KI3), Taibai (SP3) adopts the reinforcing method. Once a day,30minutes for each treatment, adopt method every15minutes. Two weeks was a course of treatment (one week for a course of treatment). To contrast the Neurological Severity Score, D-Dimer Level of the patients before and after the treatment. To assess the efficacy. To observe the variation of the patients’tougue before and after the treatment. The SPSS17.0statistical software is used for statistical analysis. Two-sided test is used for statistical analysis. Variance indicact measurement data. T-tests is used to assess those data which cnform the normal distribution before and after the treatment. Non-parametric test is used to assess the data that does not cnform the normal distribution, x2-test is used to assess the non-ranked data which belongs to count data, Ridit analysis is used to assess the ranker data. P<0.05shows that the data having statistical significance. P<0.01shows the strking difference.Results1. There is a significant difference before and after the treatment (2courses) in neuralogic function within the groups (P<0.01) and the difference between groups is even extremely significant (P<0.05), which are of statistical significance.2. As for the effect evaluation of neurologic function recovery, in the control group,The total effective rate of73.33%;in the treatment group, The total effective rate of90.00%;The total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05).3. There is a significant difference before and after the treatment in D-Dimer within the groups(P<0.01)and the difference between groups is even extremely significant(P<0.05), which are of statistical significance.4. To assess the tongue of two groups of patient before and after treatment, that the colour, essence, had significant difference (P<0.01), but the shape, vein behind the tongue, movement had no difference(P>0.05). And it had no difference between two group.5. To detect the vital sign, the blood test had non diffenerce. adverse events do not happed during the treatment.Conclusion1."The Acupuncture Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" can promote the restoration of neural function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.2. It significantly decrease D-Dimer Level.3. The patients with acute cerebral infarction usually have the tongue that display red, big and has thick, yellow up side the tongue before the treatment, then it displays dim, big and has thin, yellow up side the tongue.4."The Acupuncture Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" is safe and effective. It is feasible that "The Acupuncture Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" be used in clinical. |
