ObjectiveThis topic observed Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration Treatment on patients of acute cerebral infarction with serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) level influence by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Evaluation of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration Treatment clinical efficacy of acute cerebral infarction, and explored its mechanism of action, providing a new way for Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsThe 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients which met the inclusion criteria, implementation of single-blind, randomized, controlled trial, were randomly divided into control group, routine acupuncture group (hereinafter referred to as the acupuncture group), and "the pricking method of removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration" group (hereinafter referred to as the pricking group),30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine, acupuncture group treated with conventional acupuncture on the basis of the control group, Acupoints:Neiguan, Shuigou, Jiquan, Chize, Weizhong, Sanyinjiao.30 minutes for each treatment, adopt method every 10 minutes, once a day, seven days for a course, two courses were observed, pricking group were gived pricking Medicament tank on the basis of the control group, pricking medicament tank acupoints:Baihui, Quchi, Hegu, Taichong, Xuehai, Yanglingquan, Fenglong, Xuanzhong, Ashi (which Baihui only pricking, no cupping).2 times a week, each treatment interval of three days.2 times for a course of treatment, observation of two courses. Comparative observation the changes of serum NSE levels, neurological deficits(NIHSS)score, activities of daily living (ADL) scores of the three groups of patients between before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy, comparing the serum levels of PDGF of three groups of patients before and after treatment, and to explore the relationship between serum PDGF level and clinical effects.Results1. Score Comparison of the degree of neural function defect before and after treatment in the patients of three groups:Three way to compare all have significant difference (P<0.05); compare the presence of neurological deficit score difference between the three groups was significant difference (P<0.05): acupuncture group, pricking group compared with control group (P<0.01), the difference had statistical significance;pricking group and acupuncture group (P>0.05), the difference had no statistical significance.2. The score comparison of three groups before and after treatment of activities of daily living:Three way to compare all have significant difference(P<0.05).ADL score difference among the three groups Compare Compare:acupuncture group, pricking group compared with control group (P<0.05),the difference had statistical significance;pricking group and acupuncture group (P>0.05), the difference had no statistical significance.3. Comparison of serum NSE levels before and after treatment in the patients of three groups:acupuncture group, pricking group compared with control group (P<0.01), the difference had statistical significance; pricking group and acupuncture group (P<0.01),the difference had statistical significance.4. Comparison of serum PDGF levels before and after treatment in the three groups:were statistically significant (P<0.05) within the three groups, three groups can promote the expression of serum PDGF. The serum PDGF difference comparison of three groups between before and after treatment:acupuncture group, pricking group compared with control group (P<0.01), the difference had statistical significance;pricking group and acupuncture group (P<0.01),the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion1. "The Pricking Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" can significantly reduce the level of NSE in patients with acute cerebral infarction.2. "The Pricking Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" can stimulate expression of serum PDGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of neurological function.3. "The Pricking Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" is safe and effective. It is feasible that "The Pricking Method of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Tissue Regeneration" be used in clinical.
