Objective:This study in a college as a research field, study the health status andgeneral characteristics of sociology, discussed the influence factors of college studentssub-health status, put forward the corresponding suggestion countermeasure, providesreference for related health education work. Methods:Extract from three professional, covering13classes for all studentsstudy at school. Use an uniform questionnaire survey conducted for the study, thesubjects to fill out questionnaires by themselves, the surveys included: basic situation ofuniversity students, suboptimal-health status and life events three aspects. Statisticalanalysis: the measurement data such as normal distribution using mean standarddeviation, non-normal distribution using median (interquartile range), count data for thestatistical description adoption; The comparison of the mean using the t test (or t’inspection), analysis of variance (or nonparametric test), rate comparison usingchi-square test; Multiple factors analysis using Logistic regression model of twoclassification; Life events each factor to the health and each dimension score usingPearson correlation analysis, inspection level alpha0.05, adopt bilateral probability p.Results:1This study investigated372college students, the effective questionnaire341, effective recovery rate was91.7%.2The basic situation of341college students: the survey, a relatively largeproportion of girls. Survey average age20.40±1.21years old. A professional115 people (33.8%), B professional141(41.3%), C professional85(24.9%), which issmaller than the previous two.152people in rural areas (44.6%), urban189(55.4%),the latter than the former, but the basic balance.3According to the status questionnaire (SHSQ-25) score≥35points criteria, and247healthy people,94groups, the suboptimal-health detection rate of27.6%.Suboptimal-health status questionnaire score average26.03±15.31points, mainly for thesuboptimal-health and mental fatigue suboptimal-health. Suboptimal-health amongdifferent grades in each dimension cardiovascular symptoms, gastrointestinal symptomsscores, the difference was statistically significant. Between different suboptimal-healthprofessionals in the various dimensions of fatigue symptoms, cardiovascular symptomsand immune symptoms scores, the difference was statistically significance.4Suboptimal-health factors by univariate analysis of the demographiccharacteristics of college students, the health groups in the professional on thedistribution of a significant difference statistically significant. Aspects of daily lifeevents, health groups in enough money to spend, to determine the pubmed oremployment units, and the teacher or leadership tensions, significant changes in patternsof life, theft and property damage and family conflicts the difference was significant, statistically significant.5For each dimension of college life events with scores of suboptimal-health eachPearson correlation analysis found: negative events points out, work and study problems, social and other problems with the suboptimal-health and its positive correlationdimension, positive events of various dimensions and suboptimal-health was negativelycorrelated. Family-related issues are related to the suboptimal-health, fatigue symptoms, cardiovascular symptoms were, and gastrointestinal symptoms, immune symptoms, psychiatric symptoms were negatively correlated.6With whether the suboptimal-health or not as the dependent variable, theunivariate analysis were statistically significant in seven factors as independentvariables, using stepwise multivariate Logistic regression analysis methods, inaccordance α into=0.05, α=0.10out standard filter. Filter Results a total of four significant factors, namely professional enough money to spend, significant changes inpatterns of life and family conflicts.7Through the various dimensions of the suboptimal-health Multivariate Logisticregression analysis showed that the risk factors for the common professionalsuboptimal-health fatigue, cardiovascular suboptimal-health, the immune system ofsuboptimal-health, mental suboptimal-health. Significant changes in patterns of life forthe common suboptimal-health protective factors fatigue, cardiovascularsuboptimal-health, gastrointestinal tract of suboptimal-health, mental suboptimal-health.8For suboptimal-health status of students of medical college crowd, carried fromthe school, both personal perspectives related interventions.Conclusions:1The survey concluded that the suboptimal-health detection rate of27.6%. College students’ suboptimal-health status of each dimension score afterstandardization, from high to low, with fatigue dimensions highest score, and in the top10of suboptimal-health condition fatigue accounts for the five items.2Different professional college students suboptimal-health detection ratedifference was statistically significant, the college students of different gender, grade, urban and rural health detection rate difference has no statistical significance.3Through the single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis, theresults show that the relationship between suboptimal-health and life events is:professional, money is event enough flowers are protective factors of college studentssuboptimal-health, major change of the negative factor in the routine, family conflict isa major risk factor of suboptimal-health of college students.
