Survey Of Orthopedic Nurses Cognitive Level And Analyze Of Influenced Factors In Urumqi General Hospital

Objective: To discussion the fragility fracture cognitive level and its influencing factors of orthopedic nurses in Urumqi level two and above integrated hospital,to effectively improve the orthopedic nurses of the cognitive level of fragility fracture to provide theoretical basis.Methods: To extracted 324 orthopaedic nurses and 311non-orthopaedic nurses in 16 secondary and above the general hospital use stratified,random and cluster sampling as the research object to carry on the cross-sectional survey,distribute the self-made questionnaire,understand the cognition level and influencing factors of basic knowledge,preventive knowledge and management knowledge of fragility fracture,the single factor analysis,multivariate logistic regression analysis and decision tree model were used to analyze the main factors affecting orthopedic nurses' perception of fragility fracture.Results:(1)Orthopaedic nurses cognitive total score was135.0±14.39,points was 58.73%,basic knowledge score was 42.75±5.73,points was57%,treatment and prevent dimension score was 72.24 ± 8.92,serves 60.20%,management knowledge score was 20.09±3.27,points was 57.40%;Orthopaedic nurses total score,basic knowledge and management dimension score higher than non-orthopaedic nurses,P < 0.05.(2)Single factor analysis results showed,that age,length of service,cultural level,degree of satisfaction,income level,and without professional training and learning desire were the possible factors of orthopedic nurses basic knowledge,all P<0.05;Length of service,cultural degree,job title,professional training and learning desire,learning form were possible factors of the prevention and treatment,all P<0.05;Cultural degree,job title,professional training and learning desire,whether in ascension were possible factors of the management knowledge score,all P<0.05.(3)Decision tree model analysis shows,the impact the basic cognitive level of the most significant factor was the cultural degree,followed by the nation,income,whether learning desire,the last is the presence of professional training and satisfaction,all P<0.05;Influence prevention and treatment level was the most significant factor for theprofessional training,followed by the learning desire and learning form,again is the length and job title,the last is to improve education,all P<0.05;The most significant factors affect the level of knowledge management was education,followed by the daily working times,job title,the final is training,learning desire and whether improving degree,P < 0.05;(4)Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that the basic knowledge cognitive score were higher of the longer of service length,the higher the level of education,participated in professional training,have learning desire nurse,all P< 0.05;Prevention and treatment higher score of title is higher,the higher level of education and participated in professional training nurse,all P<0.05;the management knowledge score were higher of degree and the title were higher,participated in professional training,improve education and learning desire nurse,P<0.05.Conclusion:The orthopedic nurse fragility fracture cognitive degree is low in Urumqi level two and above general hospital,and the work length short,low cultural degree and title,not to participate in professional training,poor learning desire and non-ascending degree nurses cognition is poorer,therefore,can according to the above results,strengthen the orthopaedic nurse intervention of the above conditions,strengthen professional training to the short work length,low degree,low professional titles of nurses,at the same time to improve their learning interest and enthusiasm,efforts to improve their educational level,eventually to improve the cognitive level of the fragility fracture of purpose.At the same time,the factors influencing the nurses cognitive level of brittle fracture have size,and also influence each other,so the need for orthopaedic nurse also should fully realize the effects between various factors before intervene,as to improve the effect of orthopedic nurses BF cognitive level of the best.
