Compare Three Grade Super Hospital Nurse Professional Attitude Influence Factors In Uramqi, Xinjiang

Objective:Through detect 1013 clinical nurses from nine different three grade super hospitals in Urumqi city were recruited, to find the relationship between professional attitude and influential factors, then propose the effective application, to make a reference to rational deploy and use the nurse resources, to stabilize the nurse team, to improve the attendance quality。Methods:Refer the Wu Wenya's questionnaire about nurse Professional attitude et al, connect with the Xinjiang area reality, design the professional attitude questionnaire, including two sides:data in general and professional attitude (acknowledge,emotion,action)。Sample 9 hospitals'nurses including five different departments:internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,paediatrics and others。Data was logged by Epidata, analysed t test,analysis of variance,multivariate regression by Spss。Result:1) The level of the nurse professional attitude is higher than mean level, among these, the emotion fraction is the lowest, the acknowledge fraction is the highest。2) The nurse professional attitude is different from gender,age,marital status,top educational background,length of service,professional rank and titles,department,engagement kinds,family birth,singleton,entrance hospital sorts, but there are differences in primary educational background and employment。3) Because of the parents'or friends' suggestion, most nurses chose the major。To be 31.39% employed in nurse, one side is to implement self value,4) The nurse professional attitude is positive correlated with its three dimension。5) Analyse it with multivariate regression, The independent variable parameters are employment objective,reason of picking the major,the end of wisdom,the year of work,the title of atechnical post,the character of engage,singleton or not and married status。Conclusion:The nurse professional attitude exist difference in personal features in Uramqi, according to the different features, the administrators should reinforce the professional emotion education, improve professional attitude and job satisfactory, decrease the rate of nurses resignation, stabilize the nurse team, enhance manpower resources administration。...
