The Monitoring And Analysis On The Immune Antibody Of Main Disease From Livestock And Poultry In Liucheng County In 2014

This paper makes a survey that the level of main disease of livestock and poultry immune antibody in Liucheng County in 2014.The sampling proportion of FMD and CSF were 1:500, and those of AI and ND were 1:1000.480,480, 1200 and 720 blood samples were tested in FMD, CSF, AI and ND, respectively. Indirect heamagglutination assay was used to detect immune antibody levels of FMD and CSF, and hemagglutination test (HA) and hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) were used to detect immune antibody levels of AV and ND. According to the regulations of the ministry of agriculture, immune qualified individual number accounts for 70% of the total group (including) above was eligibility criteria for the group.FMD antibody levels in immune pig≥ 1:32 was decided to qualify. The results from 12 towns in spring showed that FMD immune qualified rate were 75%,80%,100%,85%,70%,30%,75%,30%,25%,70%,70% and 10%, respectively. And immune qualified rate in autumn were 100%,100%,90%, 100%,90%,70%,90%,100%,80%,100%,100% and 85%, respectively. The total immune qualified rate is 76.0%. The data suggested that immune qualified rate in autumn was higher than that of in spring.CSF antibody levels in immune pig≥1:32 was decided to qualify. The results from 12 towns in spring showed that CSF immune qualified rate were 100%,80%,100%,85%,85%,100%,60%,100%,0%,60%,40% and 85%, respectively. And immune qualified rate in autumn were 85%,100%,90%,80%, 30%,75%,80%,80%,85%,80%,75% and 100%, respectively. The total immune qualified rate is 77.2%. The data suggested that immune qualified rate in autumn was higher than that of in spring.AI antibody levels in immune poultry≥4 log2 were decided to qualify. The results of chicken from 12 towns in spring showed that AI immune qualified rate were 93.3%,96.6%,100%,100%,100%,80%,96.6%,100%,86.6%,100%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. And immune qualified rate in autumn were 100%,100%,100%,0%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100% and 100%, respectively. The results of duck from 12 towns in spring showed that AI immune qualified rate were 0%,20%,15%,100%,100%,50%,90%,0%,100%, 100%,85%, and 100%, respectively. And immune qualified rate in autumn were 100%,100%,100%,100%,90%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%, and 100%, respectively. The total immune qualified rate is 88.8%. The data suggested that immune qualified rate in chicken was higher than that of in duck.ND antibody levels in immune chicken≥ 5 log2 were decided to qualify. The results of chicken from 12 towns in spring showed that ND immune qualified rate were 100%,96.6%,100%,90%,0%,96.6%,83.3%,93.3%,100%, 0%,90% and 100%, respectively. And immune qualified rate in autumn were 96.6%,100%,100%,100%,86.6%,100%,100%,73.3%,86.6%,100%,100% and 100%, respectively. The total immune qualified rate is 87.2%. The data suggested that immune qualified rate in autumn was higher than that of in spring.In 12 towns, the best of the towns about livestock immune effect is the town C, who’s the average qualified rate is 95%; the best of the towns about poultry immune effect was the town L, who’s the average percent of pass was 100%. In 2014, the prevention and control work of major animal epidemic in Liucheng County was stability and overall effective, avoiding the happening of the major animal epidemics.
