Fengxiang County is a large Livestock and poultry breeding county in Baoji.In order to grasp the immune effects of the main animal diseases in the county,four animal diseases including Classical swine fever,O-type Foot and mouth disease of swine and sheep,and Newcastle disease were selected.These immunization effects aim to discover and solve the problems existing in the county’s epidemic prevention work in a timely manner.Antibody tests were performed on 1500 samples of livestock and poultry serum collected in 2018.The results of analysis and detection revealed that the positive rates of immune antibodies in 2018 for four animal diseases,including Classical swine fever,O-type foot-and-mouth disease of swine and sheep,and Newcastle disease,were 88.9% 86.0%,88.4%,76.5%,all> 70%,which met the standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas,but the positive rate of Newcastle disease antibody was relatively low,only 76.5%.The average positive rate of immune antibody tests for four diseases in 12 towns exceeded the national standard of 70 %,and there are significant differences.The four towns of Tianjiazhuang,Miganqiao,Liulin and Fanjiazhai had relatively weak epidemic prevention work.The average positive rates of the immune antibodies against four epidemics were 84.4%,79.1%,77.6% and 79.4%,respectively.The P values of the positive detection rates of the immune antibodies against four epidemics were 0.0247,0.0399,0.0473 and 0.1034,respectively,ranking at the bottom of the list.The positive rate of immune antibodies sampled at 3 different test points,the scale field was 91.3%,the market was 86.7% and 83.6% for scattering raising households.Large-scale farms had the highest immune antibody positive rate,and scattering raising households had the lowest immune antibody positive rate.In the epidemic prevention work in 2019,the whole county strengthened the epidemic prevention of the Newcastle Disease,carried out anti-epidemic rectification on the weakly immunized towns and villages,and improved the immunization measures of scattering raising households.Through improvements,the immune antibody positive rates for the four diseases of Classical swine fever,O-type foot-and-mouth disease of swine,O-type foot-and-mouth disease of sheep,and Newcastle disease in 2019 were 90.6%,88.5%,89.8%,and 83.5% respectively,which were all improved from 2018.The positive rates of immune antibodies against Classical swine fever,O-type foot-and-mouth disease of swine and O-type foot-and-mouth disease of sheep have increased by 1.7%,2.5% and 1.4%,respectively,and the positive rate of Newcastle disease immune antibodies has increased by 7% compared with the previous year.The amplitude is relatively larger;Tianjiazhuang,Miganqiao,Liulin,and Fanjiazhai,which ranked last in the immunization level in 2018,have all raised to the medium level of the county in 2019,and the improvement is remarkable.In 2019,the qualified rate of immune antibody for scale farms,scattering raising households and the market were 91.8%,87.1% and 88.4%,respectively.Compared with 2018,the scale farms has increased by 0.5%,the market has increased by 1.7%,and the scattering raising households have increased by 3.5%,which was the most obviously increasing.By analyzing the detection results of four major animal diseases in Fengxiang in 2018,specific problems of different types of diseases,different townships and different breeding scales were found.Targeted improvements were made in the immunization work in 2019.The existing problems have been significantly improved.This research provides data support and technical support for the scientific epidemic prevention of animal diseases in the county,which can provide reference ideas for solving similar problems in future epidemic prevention work. |
