Surveillance And Analysis Of Avian Influenza And Newcastle Disease Immunity Level In 5 Chicken Farms Of A Group In Sichuan Province From 2016 To 2018 | | Posted on:2022-09-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Sheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2543306560965269 | Subject:Veterinary Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In order to understand the immune effects and epidemic dynamics of H5 and H9 avian influenza and Newcastle disease in these five breeder farms of a certain group in Sichuan in recent years,2531 copies serum samples were sent for inspection from five breeder farms of a certain group in Sichuan from 2016 to2018,using hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests to perform antibody detection and analysis on the samples, and investigate the sampling test age, immunization age, vaccine type, immunization route, and H5,H9 avian influenza and Newcastle disease’s antibody titer and antibody qualification rate under the conditions of various epidemic prevention personnel. The results show that:The results of this experiment showed that the results of H5 and H9 avian influenza and Newcastle disease detected in 5 breeding farms of a group in Sichuan from 2016 to 2018 were as follows: The overall antibody titer and the qualified rate of antibodies against H5 avian influenza were 6.36log2 and 91.86%respectively,and the qualified rate of antibodies was above 70%,indicating that the qualified rate of antibodies in the 5 chicken farms met the national standards. There was no significant difference in the titer of H5 avian influenza antibody among the five chicken farms in spring and autumn during 2016-2018(P>0.05).The difference of H5 avian influenza antibody in different years of the same chicken farm was significantly different. The overall antibody titer and the qualified rate of antibodies against H9 avian influenza were 6.83 Log2 and 92.69% respectively, and the qualified rate of antibodies was above 70%,indicating that the qualified rate of antibodies in the five chicken farms met the national standards. There was no significant difference in the titer of H9 avian influenza antibody among the five chicken farms in spring and autumn from 2016 to 2018(P>0.05).The difference of H9 avian influenza antibody in different years of the same chicken farm was significantly different. The overall antibody titer of Newcastle disease and the qualified rate of antibody were 7.08 Log2 and 92.57%,respectively,and the qualified rate of antibody was more than 70%,indicating that the qualified rate of antibody of the 5 chicken farms met the national standard. There was no significant difference in the antibody titers of Newcastle disease among the five chicken farms in spring and autumn during 2016-2018(P>0.05).In the same chicken farm, the antibody to Newcastle disease was significantly different in different years. The antibody level of Newcastle disease was higher than that of avian influenza H5 and H9,and the antibody titer of avian influenza H9 was higher than that of avian influenza H5.The qualified rate of antibodies after the fall prevention of avian influenza and Newcastle disease is higher than the qualified rate of antibodies after the spring prevention. The antibody levels of these five breeder farms are on the rise, and this monitoring will provide a reference for the group company to prevent the disease in the future. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | H5 and H9 avian influenza, Newcastle disease, antigen, antibody level | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
