Classical swine fever, swine foot and mouth disease and porcine reproductiveand respiratory syndrome these three diseases is a major disease which is hazardingthe pig industry, but also requiring compulsory immunization in China currently. Inorder to understand the immune efficacy of these three diseases on the pig farms inLuochuan county. Immunization antibodies were investigated.645blood samplesand651blood samples, a total of1,296blood samples were collected from22large-scale pig farms of Luochuan county16townships (Community) on the firstand second half year in2013, respectively.FMD virus type O and classical swinefever virus-specific antibodies were detected by the indirect hemagglutination test,ELISA detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus antibodies.Investigation results showed that:1. The detection of classical swine fever antibodies pass rate of more than70%of the farms have17, compliance rate was77.3%(17/22) on the first half year, andthe detecting antibodies pass rate target has20farms, compliance rate90.9%(20/22)on the second half year. Number16,17,18,19and21antibodies pass rate werenon-compliance by the test on the first half year, and only number18and number19antibodies pass rate were non-compliance on the second half year, other farms allqualified.2. There were10farms which was compliance on the porcine type O FMDantibodies pass rate by the test on the first half year, and the detection antibody passrate reached20farms on the second half year, compliance rate increased from45.5%(10/22) increased to90.9%(20/22). Number3,5,8,12,13,14,16,17,18,19,20and21total12farms antibodies pass rate were non-compliance by the test on thefirst half year, and only number18,19two pig antibodies pass rate were0on thesecond half year, the other farms all qualified. The investigation found that number18,19farms didn’t establish immunization program, the pig type O FMD without vaccination.3. There were eight farms which was compliance on the porcine reproductiveand respiratory syndrome antibodies pass rate by the test on the first half year, andthe detection antibody pass rate reached19farms, compliance rate increased from36.4%(8/22) increased to86.4%(19/22). Number3,5,8,9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20and21total14farms antibodies pass rate were non-compliance by the teston the first half year, and only number only17,18and19three pig antibodies passrate were0on the second half year, the other farms all qualified. The investigationfound that number17,18and19farms didn’t immunize porcine reproductive andrespiratory syndrome. The results indicated that large-scale, professional and technical personnelmanagement and use of the vaccine since the purchase of the three diseases farmdetection of antibodies pass rate was significantly higher than small-scale,non-professional management and use of government-issued swine vaccine field. The antibodies pass rate of farms were not high on the second half year detection, which increased significantly compared with the pass rate of antibodies of the firsthalf year detection by taking farms employ professional and technical personnel, replacement or adjustment of vaccine immunization program and other measures.
