Sichuan province is populous province and agricultural province in China. How to make full use of limited land resources and local illumination resources to increase the per unit area yield of grain, agriculture and scientific research workers become the majority of the common problems are discussed. Existing in the plains and hills in sichuan area province. with rotation mode, on the basis of the preliminary investigation of selected chengdu plain is a typical representative of 8 kinds of patterns and hilly region is a typical representative of nine model detailed investigation. Using the questionnaire survey form to get the data, by using the variation coefficient method respectively to empowerment of indicators, according to the index weight and the index values of dimensionless, the three big benefit values of each mode and comprehensive benefit value; To analyze the evaluation results, the selection of effective province. with rotation mode, and put forward mode according to the objective conditions to further optimize and promote the rationalization of the opinion, to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
