| Xinjiang is a typical inland arid area with sparse precipitation and intense evaporation,and mainly produces irrigated agriculture.The normalization,standardization and convenience of field irrigation management mode directly affect the utilization efficiency of irrigation water resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to popularize the field operation and management mode which meets the needs of agricultural production for giving full play to water-saving irrigation technology,improving agricultural economic benefits and promoting sustainable agricultural development.Considering that after the completion of farmland water-saving projects in some areas of Xinjiang,farmers do not understand the applicable conditions of field irrigation operation management model,management is not standardized,management capacity is insufficient,equipment maintenance is not in place,blindly follow other management models,and operation costs are high,through the comprehensive evaluation of the attribute recognition model of entropy weight,the appropriate management mode is selected,which can provide reference for managers in management.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis and summary of the characteristic attribute of the existing water-saving irrigation operation and management modes,a comprehensive evaluation index system of the operation and management mode was established by considering the management benefit,economic benefit and sustainable benefit.(2)The weights of each index were determined by the method of entropy value,and the evaluation model of operation management mode combining the principle of entropy weight and attribute set was established.The alternative model was used to judge the attributes in the research space,and the attributes of the index value and the standard value in the research space were calculated.The attributes of the management model and the standard values were calculated by grey proximity degree,the grade of the management model was judged,calculate the superiority score,and the management model that best meets the needs was evaluated.(3)Four typical operation and management modes of "agricultural cooperative+administrator","farmers’ water use association+administrator","company+administrator" and "big household" in cotton field water-saving irrigation area of Hutubi County were taken as examples to study.The results show that under certain conditions,the preferential choice of "agricultural cooperative+administrator mode" is more suitable for the actual situation of irrigation area and improves the management effect.The evaluation index system of management mode and the evaluation method of entropy weight attributes can systematically quantify the differences among different modes,and provide technical support for decision makers in the management of irrigation districts. |
