For the traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyangjing applicationin clinical to provide strong theoretical support.Method: In the experiment we choose the four inflammation models of auricular edema in mouseinduced by xylene, paw swelling induced by albumen, increased permeability of celiac bloodcapillary and granulation tissue growth were used to investigate the alkaloid’s anti-inflammatoryactivity; Then choose new zealand rabbit of weight2.0-2.5kg to make the endometritis models byreproductive tract infection pathogenic bacteria. By observing the clinical symptoms, the changesof the temperature, the uterus secretion, the leukocyte parameters count and the uterus tissue, wasconfirmed success and can be used in experiments. The endometritis models were obtained as thismethod and given medication. Then detect the Ca, P, RBC, HGB, PCV and WBC at priortreatment, medication in the4d and7d; And to detect the levels of the SOD, MDA, NO, PGE2,IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α at the last treatment, then combine with the uterus tissue changes to explore thealkaloid’s anti-inflammatory effect.Results: The alkaloid can significantly inhibite the auricular edema, the paw swelling, thegranulation tissue growth and decrease the permeability of celiac blood capillary. It can besuccessful made the endometritis models by reproductive tract infection pathogenic bacteria. Itcause the feed intake and weight reduced, poor mental state, high body temperature, swelling inthe vulva and can be exported purulent secretion by catheter; It can significant increase the WBCand NEUT and reduce the LYM. The results showed that the alkaloid can significantly increasethe RBC, LYM and the Ca content (P<0.05); Extremely significant increase the HGB, LYMpercentage (P<0.01), reduce the WBC, NEUT, NEUT percentage and the PCV (P<0.01);Significantly increase the activity of the SOD, and reduce the levels of the MDA, NO, IL-2, IL-6and TNF-α, especially the alkaloid in high dose group (P<0.01).Conclusion: The alkaloid in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing has significantanti-inflammatory activity; It can regulate some hematological indexes in endometritis modelsand make it back to normal; It can reduce the expression of the inflammatory cytokines, improvethe antioxidant ability.
