| Object:A pure Chinese traditional medicine uses in treating endometritis in dairy cows was set up according to the Chinese medicine matching principle, the laboratory experiment was to observe the security and bacteriostasis effect of the medicine, also discuss its function to uterus of rabbits and anti-inflammatory mechanism. The clinical experiment was to appraisal the curative effect of the medicine by examining the hematology target of dairy cows with endometritis before and after administration.Methods:The security of the medicine was observed by gavaging the stomach of mouse, the function to uterus of the madicine was analyzed by inspecting the contraction on uterus in vitro and in vivo in domestic rabbits. Four groups of test including ear swelling, capillary permeability in abdominal cavity, toe swelling and exudation of PGE2, granuloma caused by lint ball of the mouse had did in order to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of the medicine. The bacteriostasis effect of the medicine was examined by medicine sensitive experiment to the bacterium separated from uterus in dairy cows with endometritis. The experiment also investigated the curative effect of the medicine by determining the number of erythrocytes and leukocyte, the content of Ca, p, hemoglobin from the blood in dairy cows with endometrtis.Results:The LD50 of the medicine had not determined , the medicine can obviously strengthen the contractive motion of uterine smooth muscle in domestic rabbit in vitro and in vivo, the wave of condensation increases, amplitude increases, and duration extends, the medicine can reduce the swelling rate on ears and decrease the PGE2 volume exudated from inflammatory toe of the mice, the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity and granuloma caused by lint ball were all dropped, 136 main pathogens were isolated from the 48samples, of which there were Staphylococcus 42strains, accounting for 30.88%,E. coli 33 strains, accounting for 24.26%, deformation Bacillus 25 strains, accounting for 18.38%,streptococcus 17 strains, accounting for 12.5%, Salmonella 9 strains , accounting for 5.88%, and other bacteria11 strains, accounting for 8.09 %.The result of Chinese medicine sensitivity showed that the major pathogens for endometritis are insensitive or low-sensitive to single or compound medicine. The number of red blood cells, the content of hemoglobin, the proportion of lymphocytes and monocytes are significantly increased (P < 0.05),the proportion of neutrophils in blood is extremely significant descended(P<0.01) of the dairy cows with endometritis.32 dairy cows with endometrits after post-natal of 15 days were administrated, the effectiveness and cure rate are 93.75% and 81.25% respectively, and the Curative effect is stable.Conclusion: The compound Chinese medicine developed is security and has good anti-function effect to acute and chronic inflammation ,but its direct bacteriostasis function is not obvious, the hematology target of dairy cows restore to the health standard mainly through the whole control action of the body, the clinical curative effect is remarkable. |
