| Endometritis of cows, being caused by chronic pathologic reaction of endometrialinfection, is the main factors that lead to reproductive failure in cows which causes seriouseconomic losses and further restricting the healthy development of the dairy industry. Basedon the pre-trial screening and efficacy studies, the optimized compound Chinese medicineperfusate was undergoing clinical trial in order to provide a scientific basis for thedevelopment and production of new veterinary drugs on cow endometritis, test methods andresults are as follows:40cows with endometritis were selected and then randomly divided into five groups of8(group A~E). Group A, B, C were compound Chinese medicine perfusate high, medium andlow dose groups, respectively, within uterine perfusion150,100,50mL each time, every otherday for3times; Group D was positive control group, intrauterine infusion SHL injection100mL each time, Then choose8healthy cows as a healthy control group (group F).The results showed that compound Chinese medicine perfusate could significantlyreduce the number of leukocyte in cervical mucus and WBC of blood in endometritis cows,after treatment the urine histamine test was negative, and the clinical symptoms wereimproved significantly. Among them, the effect of the high group is better, medium group isthe best, it indicated that compound Chinese medicine perfusate had a significant therapeuticeffect on endometritis of cows, recommended dosage is100mL/times, every other day for3times. |
