Nerviliae fordii(herba) originates the rhizome and whole grass of Nerviliae Fordii (Hance) Schltr in the Orchidaceae plants. It is cool and sweet, with heat, moistening lung, stasis, detoxifying, attending tuberculosis, sputum hemoptysis, scrofula, fire boils, traumatic injury, infantile malnutrition, mental disease, oral fire, acute faucitis, for treatment of pediatric pneumonia. It is main product in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hong Kong and Macao in Guangdong and Guangxi, and Southeast Asia,and more commonly used for medicinal products, Guangdong and Guangxi. Nerviliae fordii is relatively in short supply and high economic value of the traditional Chinese medicine, It is also China’s traditional export of traditional Chinese medicine. Nerviliae fordii corm is mainly for breeding, propagation coefficient is extremely low, combined with many years of extinction type mining, The wild of Nerviliae fordii resources is depletion. Domestic and international market demand is increasing year by year, Nervilia fordii is far cannot satisfy market demand. Accordingly, long-term since the market has been in short supply in the state of Nerviliae fordii.Tissue culture has become an effective way to protection of the wild resources and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of Nerviliae fordii. At present, China has carried out a lot about Nervilia fordii tissue culture research. This experiment adopts MS+3.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LPP333+1.0mg/L KT optimization of the culture medium, observation can promote Rhizome Growth natural additives on stem fresh weight increase rate of effect size. The experimental results show that the additives:juice apple juice for rhizome proliferation have apparent stimulative effect, compared with yeast extract effect better, and6-BA for rhizome proliferation of concentration is3.0mg/L had the best effect. Therefore, the optimization of Nervilia fordii rhizome proliferation culture medium is best for MS+3.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/L PP333+1.0mg/L KT+10%of apple juice.Nerviliae fordii by rhizomes induction produces a lot of bulbs to achieve rapid propagation, which is the protection of wildlife resources, expanding the medicine supply wait for a respect to have positive effect. Experiment using orthogonal design method, using MS basic medium to culture, study in6-BA, PP333, NAA of Nervilia fordii conn production influence. The experimental results show that:Nervilia fordii conn generates the optimal culture conditions for:0.5mg/L PP333, MS medium to culture, in cultured under these conditions of Nervilia fordii rhizome, corm up generation. As a result of Nerviliae fordii seed slender without endosperm, macroscopic observation in powder form. If it’s not through the physiological ripeness stage special treatment and direct seeding is generally more difficult to germination, and thus are rarely used as breeding materials. The selection of different growth period of fruit inoculated with different types of culture medium, culture temperature of25degrees C, dark cultured under aseptic conditions, explore the appropriate time of inoculation of Nervilia fordii seeds; Seed Germination of screening out the optimum culture medium and hormone types,6-BA、NAA and natural additives on seed germination and growth of Nervilia fordii seedling cultivation; Not only to provide,for the cultivation of Nervilia fordii seeds and seedlings,but also for the factory production and breeding new varieties to provide effective way.To be using Nervilia fordii rhizomatous induction bulbs as the materials, establishment of Nervilia fordii artificial seeds of different embedding matrix on the artificial seed germination of Nervilia fordii.Method:the orthogonal test design, selection of6factors and2levels orthogonal design,5%sodium alginate、1.0mg/L KT、0.5mg/L penicillin、0.3mg/L GA3、0.5mg/L NAA、2.0mg/L6-BA6factors level test; Results showed:5%sodium alginate+0.3mg/L GA3+1.0mg/L KT+0.5mg/L penicillin.Through the test results, the combination of artificial seed germination rate are more than85%, and more orderly for germination, grow very well.Artificial seed technology for rare scarce medicine industrialization production provided an effective way. At the same time, Artificial seed is not limited by seasons, does not need a large amount of cultivated land and seeds, and is convenient for transportation, can reduce the transmission of pathogens of Nervilia fordii characteristic, also can maintain the original fine varieties species. And for the improvement of the excavation of Nervilia fordii the harm caused to the environment and poverty is a mountainous area to take off deficient to become rich to make contribution, the study on Nervilia fordii yield and improve the quality of also have direct significance for Nervilia fordii, artificial seed industrialization planting to provide the theory basis and the technical support, has the huge social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit.
