The above optimized formula of media was proven to be the best combination of various ingredients for D. officinale artificial seeds production with high germination rate of artificial seeds under aseptic conditions.Add 8.8 g/L chlorothalonil or 4.4 g/L carbendazim in the above optimized formula of artificial endosperm, the antibacterial ability of this artificial seeds of D. officinale was observed and the dyeing rate of bacteria is 0 after growth of 15 d under open culture chamber, In addition, the germination rate is 25% and 20%,respectively. which indicated that the above formula of artificial endosperm was the best combination of various ingredients for D. officinale artificial seeds production. The results suggested that addition of water-retaining agent and antibacterial agent in the artificial endosperm would be an ideal method to improve their abilities of water retaining and antibacterial during cultivation of artificial seeds.
