United Technologies Company’s new generation of Power Pure engine performance excellence, a large number of global orders. A company as the Pratt & Whitney pure power & reg:Engine in the District, only a parts supplier plays a more and more new product development project. ACE (Competitive Excellence-Achieving) as an important concept and tool for process improvement and efficiency improvement, it plays an important role in the management and management of all subsidiary companies. ACE was originally introduced into the manufacturing sector of A, and has achieved good results in the application. Since the establishment of the company’s new product project management department, ACE has gradually been applied to the development of new products.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of ACE tool and the practical application of project risk management in A company. In the new product project, risk control can be said to be the biggest highlight. Only a good risk assessment, the project will not be a big strategic mistake, which is essential to ensure the success of the project. In this paper, we first introduce the new product project team and the project background, and then show the six major risk points of a company’s new product project management. In view of these six project risk points, this paper will demonstrate the role of ACE in project risk management, and the application of VSM and Passport tools in project risk management. As a leader in the promotion of ACE, the leader of the process and the standard setting, the theory and practice, the application of the ACE concept in the project management is a deep thinking and exploration, and put forward some ideas.
