Project Risk Management Research Of ZT’s Hydropower Project In Guiana

Project risk management is an important part of project management. For international construction projects, the project involves the construction documents is more complex, capital flow, changing domestic and international environment, a huge system of technical standards, and how effective risk management, risk management mechanism is the project management is a basic and important subject.In this paper, from the project background and the oretical information, we analysis of ZT Guiana Hydropower project external environment and internal risk management environment, the use of the EPC international project contracting, risk managementideas and risk analysis methods, the use of project risk management to integrate theory with practical ideas based Guiana Hydropower project external environmentand the analysis and summary of the internal management of the environment, the key factors leading to the risk of the project identification, project risk assessment by the AHP method, the core risk of the impact of the project as a whole, as well as the main factors. Based on this, from the four aspects of integrated risk management structure, risk management awareness, project risk control processes, risk monitoring, analysis of the the ZT company Guiana Hydropower project in existing risk management issues, and major risk factors for the project risk aversion, self-reflection, transfer measures. Given on the proposal put forward by the project implementation process of preparation, the medium-term focus and the trial operation period and acceptance of the implementation of the program and recommendations to be taken.This study for the ZT in the EPC model enterprise’s own organizational restructuring, the integration of risk management ideas of risk assessment, risk control and process control improvements as well as risk oversight standards and the establishment of early warning mechanism to explore the recommendations of. Basis and guarantee for the Guiana project overall risk assessment and response measures to develop the operation and development of the project. These studies and our experience for other enterprises in China engaged in EPC mode multinational construction project risk management analysis and research on this subject.
