Research On Risk Management Of Integrated Project Of S Province Natural Gas Control System

With national construction and economic development,increasing large engineering project,the project investment funds,manpower,technology,equipment and other resources of the increasingly large scale,the complexity of the project is also getting higher and higher,problem of the attendant risks is also growing.There are many problems and variables,such as project contract management,project progress coordination,key technology interface coordination,and so on.In the course of implementation,there are many risks.To in S Province gas dispatching control system project management in reducing uncertainty factors influence on the project,the scientific risk control is a very effective means,the purpose of this paper is to study s province natural gas dispatching control the risk existing in the project management system,and put forward the corresponding measure measures to deal with the risks.This paper in S Province gas dispatching control system project implementation process as the research object,to engineering construction unit that system integrators standpoint,using project management,risk management,collaborative theory,management theory and tools,this project risk factors for analysis and recognition.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and the causes of the risk management of the project,then the risk importance ranking method and the expert subjective scoring method each other and integrated approach to the project risk evaluation,at the same time the project collaborative management were analyzed.At the same time,the specific methods of risk analysis and risk control are described and analyzed in detail.Finally,on the basis of the collaborative management theory and risk management programs of the principle formulation method,and puts forward the corresponding risk management plan of the project design,including the main risk of collaborative management scheme,risk management organization and process design,and put forward the supporting measures.The conclusions of this paper,shows the risk of the project management of the natural gas control system in S Province,the causes of the risk management problems,the Countermeasures of risk management and the supporting measures.This paper in S Province gas dispatching control system project as case,the system integrator’s position from the start,on project risk management is studied,because this project has the general characteristics of information system project,so the research for the similar engineering project has certain reference significance and reference value.
