Employee engagement is a ruler. Higher employeeengagement can create a good environment for the staff; help them toplay their advantage, which make each employee have a sense ofbelonging, and a feeling of "sense of ownership".X group is a large equipment manufacturing group under theShanghai SASAC. Human resources management was put up to thestrategic height in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" of X Group, and thestrategy of talent was put forward as the group "strategic transformation"strong support. We started the survey of employee engagement in May2013.According to the survey data and in-depth analysis, The writerbelieve that the main reason of X group employee engagement problemscomes from five aspects of resource support, training, authorization,optimization of process,team work. At the same time, the writer gives hisown improvement methods and suggestions. The writer hopes to givesome operable project combined with the human resources departmentexperience,and gives some suggestions to the same type industryenterprises in promoting research on employee engagement.
