Summarize the experiences and lessons by analyzing and contrasting the subjective and objective causes. Such timely and effective feedback can provide useful information to decision-makers, project and execution managers, so as to promote the ability of making policy, management and implementation, which will also be helpful for investment decision for follow-up projects., With development of the model of investment plan management toward meticulous management、analytical type, investment project post-evaluation becoming more and more important for an enterprise. So, establishment of the investment management system is essential.GXMCC as a leader communication operator in GX field at present, project post-evaluation has been successfully applied in routine management, which makes the project investment management more scientific and more meticulous. t This paper gives a detailed analysis on the construction costs, as well as the problems existing in post project evaluation by studying the case of GXMCC GSM network projects post evaluation on multi-period GSM network in rather than focusing on single-period, furthermore, discusses the post-evaluation method and framework of GXMCC which is the base for establishing post-evaluation management system, finally, gives suggestions for the GSM network investment management=based on post project evaluation.Through the research on GXMCC GSM network investment project post-evaluation, we have realized that project post-evaluation plays an important role in routine work, and establishing the investment plan management system and based on investment project post-evaluation has been significant for communication enterprises to make decision on network resource ration and project investment.
