The Research On Post Evaluation Of Industrial Technological Transformation Project Management Based On PEM

As an effective means of technological progress, Technical transformation help companiesget greater returns with less capital investment. However, ignoring the importance of management,many companies cannot get the desired results though investing a lot of manpower in the materialand financial resources. In a certain invest resources, a high level of project management can helpcompanies achieve maximum efficiency. Through evaluating, Enterprise knows where the weakis and improves project management level further.In this paper, small and medium sized industrial technology projects are studied byintroducing Project Management Excellence Model (PEM).The evaluation model is divided into"Project Management" subset "and” project results" subset. To build post project managementevaluation index system models and apply to technology projects of diesel engine production line.First, establish evaluation ideas. Analysis the technological transformation projectmanagement, and evaluate the feasibility of the project management by the PEM model to get thebasic structure of evaluation model. Second, build index system."Project Management" subset getnew index by documents and adjust the content of PEM model indicators based on thecharacteristics of technology projects."Project Results" set index and get final target system withexpert’s advice based on binary semantic selection,.Again, the establishment of the index weight."Project Management" subset get expert scores on the importance of indicators by the questionsurvey of27project management experts. According to the five evaluation criteria and DSevidence theory, we get the importance of each index score normalized."Project Results" subsetestablish the index weight according to the specific types of technology projects. Finally, theproposed evaluation model is applied to a diesel engine production line technology projects. Basedon the base data of survey and the model, this paper analysis the advantages and disadvantages ofmanagement.
