Theoretical And Practical Study Of Hydropower Investment Project Post-Evaluation

Post project evaluation is one of the most important aspects of investment project management.Through investigation of actual operation after a waterpower investment project's implementation we can measure and analyze the gap between actual and predicted situation,and sum up experience timely.Post-evaluation provides a basis for the projects' normalization of operations,and foundations for post-evaluation,project decision-making and construction of smilar projects for future.It is an an effective means to improve investment decision-making and management.This paper analyses the development process of foreign and domestic investment project evaluation,sums up great significance of hydropower investment projects' post-evaluation,and investigates its present situation.The main methods used for study of investment project post-evaluation are discussed in detail.The article then uses the methods above to analyse process,effectiveness and efficiency,impact,goals and sustainability,and comprehensive post-evaluation in theory and application.
